The room we had was 2 bedroom and was very spacious and has everything you need. Complex is directly across the road from the beach, a 2 minute walk to the surf club, indoor & outdoor pools and only about 20 mins walk to Burleigh Heads along the beautiful new beachfront path. The view from the rooftop deck is sensational!

We were on the ground floor which was great because we had a spacious courtyard for the kids to play however every time rooms above were cleaned they must have washed the balconies because we would get water poring down, unfortunately it was always coming for a different place so impossible to predict and more than once it soaked the clothes we were drying. Cleanliness was pretty good although we did have a number of stray hairs in the bathroom on arrival.

The cleanliness of the property, the willingness of the staff to best meet your needs, the apartment with ocean facing view on the 10th floor was comfortable, clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything you needed. The rooftop is just a short flight of stairs up to the BbQ area. There is a nice size pool and another BBQ area, a gym and secure car parking. It’s a stroll across to the beach for a swim or beach walk. It’s not a big modern high rise which adds to its charm. There are restaurants and places to eat that are a short walk or a nice stroll away. We stayed here years ago when our boys were young, now they are adults, and we had just as good a stay many years later.

We have stayed many times at Burleigh heads in different hotels over the years, I always wanted to stay at the Mediterranean, 1st time at the Mediterranean Feb 24 The room was fantastic also location, grounds where very clean. Plenty of outdoor bbq areas to cook on Roof top view is amazing pool was great loved the spa jets, surf club 100 Mts away for breakfast, lunch or dinner options. Rick Shores restaurant is at the southern end of the beach, been there many times before and the food is beautiful. A must to visit in Burleigh, remember to book well in advance. Burleigh Heads is my favourite Gold Coast location, there is a great village vibe It was a very relaxing holiday, can't wait to return.

It offers a comfortable one bed room apartment, with a good range of facilities in a very good location on the esplanade at Burleigh Heads. Close to the Miami shops, bars, restaurants.

Nothing particularly regarding the apartment. It is not a large one bed room apartment. Unfortunately for us, the surf beach was closed due to weather during our visit which is nothing to do with Ultiqa. Similarly, there are ongoing roadworks on the highway near by that make travel on the coast slightly restricted. There is also further building works happening to the south of Ultiqa.

The room was bright and warm, great size for two people, bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean

There was only one bedside table, and the car park was only suitable for a tiny car, our Hilux had no chance of fitting in the allocated space. Not sure why we had to do online checkin when we still had to go through another checkin when we arrived. The girl on reception didn’t seem to understand our frustration with the car park we were allocated. Eventually after someone else stepped in we were able to park up the top off the road.

The location for the beach was just across the road. View was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the surf. The kept the place very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly including the cleaners etc. always said hello. No cafes around as such for a coffee unless you went into Burleigh itself or the surf club. They accommodated us to be close to the family, which was extremely appreciated. Unfortunately during school holidays you can expect the price to be high. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing to do with the complex. what i didn't like was having to check out. No one wants holidays to end.

The lady on reception was fabulous. She was so polite she smiled, from her welcoming. I knew it was going to be a good stay. The lobby always smelt nice it was very clean , and the swimming pool (one of them) was warm, which I appreciated so much. They were spotless. The view from our room was beautiful The location was great for us, coffee shop and surf shop/restaurant down the road Short walk to any other shops we needed Beach right across the road

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and appliances. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. It was a little cool and raining on one of the days so we took advantage of the indoor pool and spa. We even got befriend one of the residences little puppies who was adorable.

The carpark is a little tight and tricky to navigate especially if you have a big car like ours and a lot of manoeuvring to get into our park around the poles. It appeared we weren't alone in the car size as the free on street parking was full of big cars. This would have to be the only negative about staying here.

Facilities and location

Ran out of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid first day arrived to 3 bedroom apartment. Had to purchase our own supplies from the near by Coles and 7Eleven. Reception seemed to be closed over the weekend every time we went down to check. When we approached reception staff they were very apologetic but couldn't explain why reception was closed during the weekend. We were there for a sporting event so our timing was sporadic and not consistent.

Beautiful views - straight out to sea. Correction - stunning view! Recently modernised apartment. Bus (and soon tram) very nearby to rear. Great airport connection. Using GoCard costs 50c per journey including the airport for 50c.

No second key provided for first 3 days. Pool shaded in afternoon - time of year? Burleigh doesn’t have many nice dining places - just kerbsides full of kids.
