Two pools were great. Perfect temperature. Short walk across the road to beach where the water was also perfect and waves ideal for teenagers. Staff were mainly helpful and friendly, other than the one officious guy who chased us down for a $5 for boogie board rental (no signs saying they were for rent!). Not far from aldi and coles and the miami tavern but far enough away from the bogans of surfers. Very good for families. We'd definitely stay again.

It's great value for money but if you want 5 stars, this isn't it. We found the accommodation comfortable and the poos and beach are clearly the top selling points.

The staff were freindly and listened to my needs . I had a 90 yo mothers so needed ground floor unit which they supplied. Loved the 2 resort style pools and bbqs dotted around. Was able to have family members use facilities so we could catch up over swim and BBQ.

The unit was in need of refurbishment which didn't worry us initially as was clean comfortable and bottom floor as requested, however the power kept shorting and our dryer needed replacing which was done promptly and also our oven broke half way through preparing a meal for family which due to thermostat caused my dessert to burn. Fortunately the manager promptly took my lasagne to his home and cooked it in their oven perfectly. Oven was replaced a few days later. The staff did their best.

2 x large pools with lots of barbeques and beautiful gardens. Direct beach access to a beatiful quiet Miami beach. Awesome location with plenty of parking at the beach front if needed. We had 2 cars. The staff were very accomodationg in finding a second park for us when they became available free of charge.

The resort grounds are Non-smoking which is great, however there were many patrons ignoring the rule and the smell of smoke was entering our unit. Our unit was not cleaned once nor were the towels replaced over 16 days. There is a washing machine and drier so we washed the towels ourselves.

The whole pool area was exceptionally clean and well kept, great for all types of people/ family. The location is very central and only a short walk to beach and walking paths. Close to eateries suited to all types. The units are quite spacious with good size balcony's. The unit is well appointed and secure. The resort is in a quiet location easily accessible by car / bus. They provide free onsite parking. The staff we talked with were polite, cheerful and very accommodating.

Having to go home after a fantastic holiday. Being totally honest I cannot find a dislike as it met all of our expectations and more.

what a great place. 2 pools of which one is heated. the resort looks tropical and is fantastic. We've had a 3 bedroom apartment which was newly renovated with everything in a kitchen to cook for a family. Location is great, one street off the Pacific Hwy with shops close by. The beach is just opposite the resort just walking out the back gate. It was our 3rd stay (first 3 nights, then 11 nights and now 16 nights) at the resort and we will definitely go there again. The manager Nelson was friendly and helpful as every time and other staff lovely. We (6 people) drove in 2 cars and you can get only one car space but Nelson organised a second space for us (it is nearly impossible to park on the street outside the resort

it is nearly impossible to park on the street outside the resort and you get originally one car spot in the carpark garage. But we were lucky to get a car space for our second car as it was not peak season

The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular Nelson was great nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect close to beach, coffee shops and cafes. The Miami Marketta is a must. The heated lagoon pool was fantastic plenty of sun lounges and outdoor tables and chairs. Magnificent gardens and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus also. The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony. I would highly recommend Grande Florida 😍👍

Only a small thing but probably the norm for holiday accommodation, fitted bed sheets would make it more comfortable and less messy when trying to make bed. But all the rest was great.

Our room 6 had comfy bed ( but this depends on room you have as they individually owned , my daughter had room 57 and bed was rock hard with no topper ) . Good shower pressure . Plenty of cutlery and crockery provided . Good storage spaces in main bedroom .

Needed to buy own soap as only 2 small soaps provided for 6 night stay and this included for basin . Room clean but lots and lots fingerprints everywhere , needs a good annual / deep clean . Can heat lots water pipe ? noises and scrapping sounds from above .

Had 2 pools and one was heated! Love that it has a sauna and a games room for the kids which is adults loved as well! Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really helpful. Loved our apartment as it was nice and modern and had everything we needed. The games room could do with an update and an air con or a fan as it was very warm inside while playing table tennis. But overall We Absolutely loved it and will be definitely coming back!

The front staff ladies, along with Nelson and Al assisting us and made it a very pleasurable stay. No issue was too hard and accommodated us with a smile on their faces. Their customer service was top notch, from checking the hot water system and ceiling fan to a late checkout and parking. Nothing was an issue. We believe the apartment was left tidy. Thanks for everything, GFBR. We will be back

It would be helpful to know for future stayers if the needed cleaning products like washing up detergent or dishwasher capsules to laundry detergent, etc. We didn't know where to leave the bedding or towels.

Fitted the family in well, comfy beds, friendly staff, Tidy. Great shower! Kids enjoyed the pool. Great access to beach. Locked Carpark. We weren't in our room much so worked well for us.

Absolutely no condiments, which would have made life a little easier for cooking and cleaning. Be prepared to buy it all.. Although the shop at reception had everything you needed. It was probably a little further from the main strip than expected, but we had a car
