Right on the beach front, walking distance to cafes & restaurants, just a short drive to all the tourist attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. Even though we just had partial beach views the view from the kitchen was fabulous. Well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen & laundry.

While we didn't need it on this trip, there was no aircon so I imagine it would be hard to keep cool in summer. There are ceiling fans but they can only do so much. No shampoo provided & only a very small suppy of tea & coffee. We brought our own shampoo etc which was lucky.

Fantastic location with ocean view, large spacious apartment with two bathrooms, two tv's, laundry. Three separate doors opening on to large wrap around balcony. Unit had everything needed to cater for large family. Great value for money!

Noisy construction nearby starting too early, no block out blinds in the lounge room. Unfortunately lift wasn't functioning upon arrival so had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs but staff were on hand and happy to help. Management were quick to sort the lift issue and had it back up and running by the next day.

the location, reception was very friendly and helpful, didn’t get to use the amenities but people were having lots of fun at the pool.

Apartment 19 unable to secure balcony doors/windows properly, no screens on windows, stains on carpet, curtains hanging off railing, only toilet was en-suite in bedroom which meant visitors went in bedroom for toilet and neighbors on balcony could see tall men standing for a pee as no window screens, apartment’s carpark very restrictive for medium size vehicle, would have expected a better quality apartment for price charged. I note it was advertised as a one bedroom apartment and the second bedroom and main bathroom were locked/under renovation. Perhaps prior knowledge would have allowed us to decide if we were happy with this arrangement

The room next to us was getting renovated which ment alt of noise for about 1 hr on first day but next morning went for a walk and came back to noise that was quite unpleasant- Peter was very apologetic and shouted us out for lunch while the tradies had finished for the day - Peter was amazing went over and beyond for us

Can not fault a single thing. The apartment was amazing, clean, great view and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was incredible, close to yummy restaurants and great cafes for that morning coffee. The access to the beach was amazing, we loved being able to walk downstairs in the hotel and straight onto the beach. The beach is not busy like Burleigh and Surfers. Made it very easy with two children.

Location and access to beach

Would be good if there were at least two sets of keys to the builyand unit. It was painful to wake up middle of the night to open door for friends by taking lift and going down to let them in at the peak of sleep. Car park is tight.

The location was excellent; right on the beach. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants even the local Woolworths. If you wanted to go the extra distance you can walk to Broadbeach. The Unit had lots of cutlery, cookware & other items + was very clean.

Having to check in via a link on the phone. Not a fan of having information put over the phone as I have had issues with Optus since the hacking incident.

Great location, stunning views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious apartment and nicely rennovated. Close to great cafes, everything you need.

The cleanliness could have been slightly better, found a few roaches running across the floor. And I couldn't seem to find an ironing board, found the iron though!

The location was absolutely beautiful right on the beach and we were very central to all the locations we needed to go to. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The only problem with the apartment and this is nit picking was that there were some missing nobs from cupboard doors and off the dryer.

The sea view from the partial view apartment. You could not get closer to the beach than just out the gate. Beds were very comfortable. Was close to Nobby Beach SL club. Restaurants were close, on the GC hwy. Car is handy but if you can catch the bus you can get anywhere, takes you to the tram stop into Surfers. Both Broadbeach & Burleigh are walkable.

Our apartment ensuite needs to be addressed but I know managers are into the owner. Disappointed the pool was out of action due to leak.
