Room was Lovely, Private and Exceptionally Clean... Pool Spa and Sauna Just Perfect for a Relax and Switch Off From The World! Young Lady at Reception...Cheerful Polite and HAPPY...Lovely First Impressions of Ipanema!!!

I Was VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY AT IPANEMA...

I really enjoy all the facilities provided in our room such as small kitchen including kitchen utensils and culterys, microwave, toaster and so on. Balcony is wide enough to sit down and drink and eat. I could use laundry and dryer which is just next to our room. Everything was perfect for me and it went beyond my expectations.

2 verandas two different views spectacular it even had a cane swing from the roof on one veranda. Spa was really good the best views on the 13th floor second from the top loved it

The moment I got there I was greeted by a friendly German 🪳 cockroach in the draw. That night the little kitchen had them crawling around. I spoke to manager who gave me some fly spray. I ended up emailing booking site. They made sure I was looked after and got the managers to organise a exterminator to come and spray room. Fantastic outcome. Very happy with how managers delt with the issue. They even gave me a little birthday gift 🎁. Will definitely stay again. Spa was great to jump it to relax. Glink tram was a short walk away.

Well worth the stay and close to everything don't miss the chance to stay at IPANEMA The assistant Manager Teegan was beautiful we had water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom, she was quick to respond and contain the issue even brought pizza for our group and taking into consideration we were Maori and travelled from NZ for a sports trip. The other tenants were lovely, the pool sauna spa and gym were perfect. Haka practice in the wait area near the pool was great as it was raining and windy. Have great respect for the staff that looked after us Ataahua ❤️🖤💛WAIKATO

The owners came back from holiday and put a parking warning on the van he expected us to park in a pay carpark 100meters up the road so our 70 plus can walk back and forth after a Masters Rugby League game it rained most days. We got it sorted but he could have communicated with the management that were there 7 days ago.

Apartment 1302 gave us two balconies, one with wide ocean views, and the other with Nerang River vistas, and was comfortably quiet with the doors shut, and pleasantly breezy with them open. (Street noise is fairly prevalent though.) The layout of the apartment was good, and gave us plenty of room. Plenty of appliances, etc. The pool and spa were ideal, and in pleasant surroundings. The lass in reception was quick to respond to any needs, including a new fan fitted in the bedroom. Thank you!

Not the cleanest or most modern of places. The air conditioner doesn't really cool the bedroom. the fridge likes to freeze everything. There used to be a handle to help one enter the bath/shower, but we only found old screw-holes. The WiFi was fairly hit or miss most of the time.

The location and service are so good, and we enjoyed it.

The location is accessible to many things, so we do like it.

This place is amazing. The views were just awesome, watching the sun rise over the sea and set behind the river was a real treat. It has a large balcony accessible by lounge & bedroom, plus huge windows. The spa was great too, and open quite long hours with open access. Having a laundry and kitchen was great and generally the apartment was large and spacious. The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach or to the main parts of surfers paradise whilst also feeling far enough away that it was relaxing. Parking spot included by default and in a safe underground car park which was great.

We weren’t provided with towels - I checked the booking and realised that it didn’t say towels would be included so that’s fair enough but just one to be aware of. There was also a weird smell in the apartment throughout the time we were there. Although there was a kitchen, they could do with providing more kitchen utensils and materials, e.g. a chopping board, more than one pan & roasting tray etc. The roasting tray provided was actually still in the oven and dirty so this needed cleaning.

Facilities, location and unit was amazing. Was extremely fit for what I needed, close to the beach, a nice layout and great view. It was extremely easy to check-in even as a late check-in, and same for checking out. Parking underground also meant a safe space to leave my car. I thought it was an exceptional stay and felt right at home.

Can’t fault anything. Expectations were exceeded therefore I have nothing to complain about.

Location is on the main road which is useful and a bit noisier, however still a short walk to the beach. Staff were fantastic it's the smoothest check in process and care taken from the reception that I have ever experienced in GC accommodation. Room was lovely and had everything we needed, lots of space and very clean.

We were right next to the lift which made a low monotonous noise frequently. We were able to sleep through this and spent most of our time out of the property so it was no issue for us, however it was heard very frequently and sounded so distant it took a while to work out what it was.
