Loved the location and the beautiful tree filled courtyard and pool area. Beach a short walk and there is a safe bike/walking path into central Surfers. Cafe nearby for a morning coffee overlooking the beach. Excellent! Good cooking facilities and comfortable beds. Liked the outdoor furniture setting.

The only criticism is that the kitchen crockery and cutlery was a bit light on. Three cups and three glasses as well as three plates. Needed to wash up a lot and not worth using the dishwasher. Add a bit more crockery and the kitchen will be great. Also no clothes dryer - one would have been helpful.

We had a great stay, perfect location. A nice walk to the central tourist area. Close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was quite big and the pool and shared bbq area a bonus.

The drawers in our kitchen was off the tracks (couldn't close) and the dishwasher didn't work. Could just be a bit dated as our friends in the apartment next door had all new appliances and furnishings.

The location was perfect for grandparents, parents and a 9 & 13 year old. We walked to Northcliffe , Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach from Mari Court with ease. It was far enough away from the crowds. The pool and spa was excellent. The boys played mini golf.

The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open. A drain in the ensuite was exposed - broken. Not a lot we didn’t like.

Loved the location of the resort, was central to the light rail and the beach. The rooms and apartment itself was well maintained and clean and very spacious especially for our group we came with. Loved the facilities, and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience would stay here again.

The only thing was the stairs but got used to it, only when we had to lug our luggage up upon arrival and departure.

everything was perfect. location was great. walking distant to shops and bottle shop :) short stroll to the beach and pubs. nice and close to tram stop and star city.

kitchen utensils need upgrading. tried our best to use the fry pan but it was too old it ruined our cooking. we had to use one pot for all cooking.

I like the general set up of the resort with the amenties inside. Also the rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessities. Your homw away from home

Mari Court is a lovely place to stay. The apartments are very large, the grounds are well kept and everything was lovely and clean. Although it is not in central Surfers Paradise, it is only a block from a beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool and spa area was very nice.

The only issue that I had was that the spa wasn't working on one of the days we were there but that was not the fault of the property.

Great pool, spa and BBQ area. We were two families made up of 4 adults and 3 kids in total and there was plenty of room in the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for all of us! We stayed 4 nights and we found the location to be perfect as well for surfers and Broadbeach and the beach being a 3 minute walk away was just blissful in the morning and evenings. Thanks for having us and will definitely be back with our family!

Poor Foxtel connection in our unit. I’m not sure if this was just due to us being on the ground level or wet weather on our first day. It wasn’t a big deal tho, as we didn’t watch a lot of tv as the weather was perfect outdoor weather for the rest of our stay.

it wasn’t a high rise apartment. was nice the patio looked out to gardens. quiet.

having to carry bags up the stairs but really this couldnt be helped really understand there cant be lifts from all the basement entry exit points.
