Great location. Accommodation was very spacious. Clean Great to have access to a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The gym listed had a few broken machines, not really useable space. Stayed for 7 nights with family of 5, toilet paper supply was minimal, half a roll of toilet paper on each toilet, spare rolls were used rolls of toilet paper (small amounts - not a full roll) Supplied with 1 dishwasher/dish soap for the week. Blankets minimal - GoldCoast still gets cold in winter. Kitchen utensils were very average - some broken, knives all blunt. Hard to cook and prepare with the items supplied.

Great location across the road from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Property was on the ground floor with a nice terrace to sit on. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen for self-catering and very quiet. Pool was a bonus; heated and clean.

The property comes with an allocated underground parking space, which was twice occupied by another vehicle during our stay. When referring this to the staff at reception on one occasion they admitted it was their car. There was some visitor parking spaces but some of them are very tight to park in, which wasn’t ideal in a rental car. If parking is advertised as being part of the booking then it should be made available. This was unfortunate as everything else was good.

Location perfect, short walk to Oasis shopping centre and one back from the beach. Reception staff very communicative as there were two occasions where service contractors needed access during our stay. Prompt resolution of issue during after hours check in by in person follow up when called after hours number. Spacious apartment with very good kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable beds and lounge seating.

Not a lot of natural light in to apartment and lighting somewhat under par, but good enough for our stay.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Excellent spot close to beach and surf lifesaving club. Walking distance to other restaurants, weekend markets and short drive to Pacific Fair. Free and available parking on the street all weekend was a bonus as we had more than one car. Excellent value all round and we will return.

If you have a big car may not fit in some of the underground parks but didn't matter as reception found other spaces for us each night.

We were in the tower at the back, but we still had some ocean views and lovely sea breezes. It was easy access to the beach, with a zebra crossing out the front and patrolled swimming beach. The apartment was quiet and we barely heard our neighbours.

The atmosphere of the spa and sauna set in the concrete underground car park was a bit weird but it was nice there were these facilities available.

Great location! Patrolled beach 70 metres from the front gate! Comfy beds, plenty of room. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and tram stop.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms (only in living area). Verandah was very sandy and the sand got tracked into the living room. Some of the buildings at La Grande have elevators but ours doesn't so there's a lot of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us (we need the exercise ;) ) but if you have trouble with stairs make sure you get one of the elevator ones.

Location

Some aspects of the apartment require maintenance, such as mirrors and the small bathroom window that can only be refitted from the outside fell off when slide open. Can only assume it was just sitting there. It could have been an accident waiting to happen. The garage space has a metal locker in it making it impossible to open the cars hatch door if fully parked in reverse.

Quiet, comfortable, & convenient location for the Broadbeach bluesfest (which was the purpose of our stay)

The door lock was problematic ( key lock sticking) & caused a few issues & inconvenience over the course of our stay. Also we were disappointed that the spa wasn't heating up, & was inconveniently located in the basement carpark area.

Location, size of apartment, pool was a good temp to go in , parking, ease of checkin, available street parking for extra cars, liked being up on a higher floor.

single beds a bit hard, the stairs and getting to our family was a trek as we had to go down and out then up to get to their apartment. having to be out by ten.

Location. A beach view from the apartment! Walk to restaurants and cafes. Apartment was large and had everything we needed.

The tv didn’t work. The manager came twice to fix it and was going to replace it but didn’t. But they gave us late checkout to compensate and that worked well for us.
