My parents and I were travelling from Sydney for 4 days as I had my graduation at the Gold Coast Convention Center. The Superior Apartment we stayed in was amazing and looked fairly new with new furniture, dinning table, kitchen etc and was so spacious so you didn't feel like you were on top of each other like other apartments. Everything was clean and they informed us on how to collect the key and where to park. The location was excellent as it was only a 10 minute walk to the local restaurants, Broadbeach shopping center and the Convention Center. Upon leaving, I was able to have a quick chat to Kristy and Graham and they were so lovely and kind and let us know that if we ever want to book again, to call them directly. My family and I will definitely keep this place in mind again next time we stay in the Gold Coast.

There was nothing that we didn't like per say, but we found the floor was a bit dirty and could have done with a mop over (just little bits of dirt from shoes being worn inside and dust) and this place only has stairs to access the apartments (in saying this, there are about 9 different stair wells with 3 levels of apartments in each so while its not a lot of stairs to walk up and down from, this can still be an issue for those who can't walk up stairs in general).

Awesome location near the beach and only a short walk to shops and cafe's and restaurants in Broadbeach. Near to Pacific Fair shopping also. Local surf life saving club had a cafe by the beach for morning coffee. This accommodation is in a really great location. Facilities of apartment were spacious with plenty of crockery and cutlery to supplement the cooking facilities. Comfortable furniture and beds. Laundry facilities in the room. A real home away from home.

Not much really. Maybe a few more dish washing pellets for the dishwasher would have helped.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 7-night stay. It appeared to have been newly renovated to a very high standard. We booked a superior two-bedroom. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area was relaxing. Graham and Kirsty were welcoming managers and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The location was great as it was close to shops and transportation.

In so far as the accommodation I have no complaints. The Broadbeach area in general is undergoing a lot of construction. The area around Markham Court was reasonably quiet (except for the hotted-up cars that seemed to pass by loudly and regularly during the day, not so much at night). There is some construction nearby but that did not impact our stay.

Perfect property for our family of 5. Three large rooms, and a master on the 2nd level. Full kitchen and laundry was great for our 10 day stay. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. And the short 5 min walk to supermarkets and mall a bonus. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We'd recommend to anyone looking for family friendly accommodation.

Our apartment was a bit dated, but everything worked so decor easy to overlook when compared with value for money.

Markham courts location was excellent for restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach and boardwalk. It was 300 meters to a huge range of restaurants giving so many choices. Plus the ability to self cater with a good kitchen. Two bathrooms are excellent, and my daughter and I had one each. It also has a washing machine and dryer, which for extended staying is essential. Graham and Kirsty were wonderfult, very approachable, friendly and helpful. They maintain the whole facility to an excellent standard, which was a pleasure and easy to stay there. This place is very family-friendly and would make a great family getaway, quiet central and everything is walkable

There is a neat little veranda at the back of the apartment but there was no seating or plants to really be able to utilises it. A small concern, but could just take this apartment to another level. It is an older apartment and feels like the 90's, Miami vice style.

Awesome location , super close to beach , shops and restaurants. Pacific fair close by for those who like to shop . Apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Graham and Kirsty ( owners ) were really friendly and great to deal with . Had a problem with the shower head, Graham was on it the same day and sorted it out . Grounds and property are really well taken care of . Checking in after hours was really easy , would definitely stay here again . Thanks for a great stay 😀

The facilities were good, Lovely cool comfortable rooms, nice linen, beautiful views. The pool and spa were both excellent too. Really close to the convention centre, and secure undercover parking for our hire car!

I don't think I have climbed so many stairs in my life 😅 Which is just the way the apartment is laid out as we were on the top floor, but wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely well-equipped apartment. Good facilities, Wi-Fi, parking, pool and spa. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Location was also excellent. Close to everything!

There was some construction activity taking place at the high rise block next door. This is not Markham's fault, but we found it quite annoying at times as it started early in the day and continued until quite late in the evening. Hopefully this will be finished by the time we return! :-)

Big spacious apartment. Had two rooms with main room having an ensuite. The aircon in the living room kept most of the apartment cool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants - great location.

No aircon in the bedrooms so it was a bit hot. The free internet was flakey - sometimes would work and worked well, other times nothing would load - maybe the router just needed a restart. Just nit picking.

My 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and super comfortable. The second bathroom, full kitchen and washing machine were appreciated. Kirsty went above and beyond and was simply brilliant. Easy walk to the beach and the hub of Broadbeach. I could even walk to Pacific Fair.

No fault of the hosts but I needed to shut my balcony doors when my neighbour (an owner/occupier) was smoking on his balcony. For me, it would be great if the property decided to ban smoking anywhere around the premises.
