We loved everything about Pacific Plaza Apartments. Location was amazing, straight across from beach and lifesaver flags. Pool and facilities were exceptional. Weather was what you would expect mid Summer, hot! Less than 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave and tram stop in the street behind. Apartment itself was very neat, clean & tidy. Much larger than we were expecting, very impressive. Older style bathrooms but still neat and clean. Bonus was the walk-through wardrobe, wasn't expecting that! Bec & Brock were amazing and really looked after us, thank you.

A cleaning cloth and kitchen spray would have been helpful, couldn't locate either under the sink. Bathrooms were older style BUT were lovely and clean.

The location was the best thing about Pacific Plaza. Had the best unobstructed view of the shore front! The tram stop was just a few stops away and could easily get around very easily. Went to surfers paradise several times as trams were very regular. The property provided one carpark but it would have been very easy to find parking on the road side! The room and the amenities were all up to standard and honestly a pleasant surprise considering the very affordable rate.

Only thing would the water pressure for the toilets (not showers or taps). Other than that everything was great.

I liked the view - it was amazing!! The kitchen was great. The toiletries smelt amazing (loved the shampoo and conditioner). Loved having the washer and drier. The hot spa and pool were awesome.

The two single beds were not comfortable. Bedrooms didn't have A/C. The pots in the kitchen were dirty (permanent stains).

VIEW was amazing... 180-degree view of Pacific Ocean. Apartment was clean and the Carpark under building was easily accessed. Lots of tourist info and local attraction brochures in the foyer. Pool was OK but in shadow in the later afternoon.

No adjacent coffee shop etc.. but only a 5-10 minute walk. Sofa needs replacing... too soft.

Appartment 29 level 7. Excellent decor, beautiful beds and view. Staff Excellent. Pool great. Close to everything. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms an absolute pleasure. Easy to park. Easy to walk anywhere

Aircon motor on small balcony blowing hot air on you. Bedrooms lovely and cool but living room aircon is right by balcony door and is only small so living area got quite warm if you left curtains open. Shame really. Also couch very uncomfortable. Far too low to the ground and the bottom falling thru. Hard to get out of and not comfortable for 4 adults. Bathrooms a little outdated and no water pressure.

The apartment we had was on level 12 (room 50). The views were amazing! It was directly in front of the ocean and you could see the water from every angle of the apartment🏖 The kitchen and laundry were great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space in the whole apartment meant that all our things were packed neatly and we could easily access them👍 Had a really homely feel to it!

It was a little too far from the heart of Surfers Paradise (about a 20 minute walk). There was only 1 air-conditioner in the apartment, so the bedrooms became too warm sometimes. I love the ocean breeze, but having the sliding door and windows open let insects in (fly screens would help). The bedrooms didn't have any locks on them.

Very clean and tidy. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure car parking. Great facilities. Kid friendly. Spectacular views.

Would have liked a few more towels in the room and some blankets for the beds just to make it 10/10.

Location, furniture, layout

There were tiny bugs everywhere, mainly kitchen but very tiny! It needs a chain lock up high on each door. I felt unsafe with my kids. The patio door is very easy to open and any one could copy the key and enter from previous visitors.

Location was amazing. The apartment we stayed in had a 10/10 view of the beach. Our apartment was so spacious, clean, light & bright! Love that there was a cordless vacuum in the room because with kids, you’re always cleaning up mess! Was so handy! Pool was great too! Very clean!

Shower pressure was terrible, and the washing machine had old water in it that hadn’t drained so was quite smelly!

The location was fantastic, accessible to the beach ⛱ across the road, I was able to go for swim every morning and watching the sunrise 🌅 from bed was just spectacular. The room was great size, two bedroom, very clean and beds comfortable. Great desk for working holiday also. Close to local cafes, liquor store and tram around the corner Wax museum and other attractions within 10min walking distance. This apartment is in the heart of everything and 20min drive to the attraction parks,and airports. Went to visit friends at Sanctuary Cove which was a pleasant easy drive from here. So glad I decided to go with this apartment, rather than the newer modern hotels. These apartments may be older but it's been well taken care of and the renovations and furnishings make it very comfortable to stay. Reception area is very clean and inviting. The management is very nice, welcoming, friendly, responsive and so helpful. If they're not on site they respond to you really quickly on your phone. Really enjoyed out stay here, only sad to have had to leave. Thanks for the amazing stay.

Everything was amazing 👏🏻 only faults was there wasn't enough cutlery eg forks but we brought some disposable forks from Coles and couldn't use the sauna. Honestly, small problem everything was amazing. I will definitely be back again.
