Absolutely welcoming, super friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our break was stress free and relaxing. Beautiful gardens and amenities, units are comfy and so well sized, the salt water pool is stunning too! We loved it so much we cannot wait to get back! Thank you to the wonderful hosts for all your hospitality!

Very quiet considering it was right on Orchid Street. Comfy bed and pillows. Good black out curtains for east facing bedroom. Didn't use tv, washing machine or kitchen at all but looked fine. Didn't use pool but looked ok. Fence right around pool so no space to sit next to pool. No spa pool

Car parks are not in numbered order and took us a while to find our car park. Also took us a while to work out how to get out of the car park in the car (fob is a long way back from the garage door; information about this would have been handy). Also couldnt work out how to get from car park up to reception. A sign on the door would have been helpful. Our booking changed from 3 people to 2 which should have resulted in a cheaper rate as a pull out bed was not required. However no partial refund was offered.

It was a beautiful place to escape from home where I could relax and enjoy time out of life's routine. Close to everything you could possibly want and more. The owner was very welcoming and lovely to chat with. I was even lucky enough to extend my stay a little longer after speaking with the owner. The room was self-contained, cosy and quiet, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Sitting out on the balcony was always peaceful with the sound of the beach nearby. Personally, it was hard for me to find the driveway the first time and second time around, but it was worth it at the end of the day. I was so pleased I was able to stay as long as I did. I would definitely love to return for another holiday sometime. Thank you for helping to make my stay enjoyable.

Our stay at this hidden little treasure was really lovely. We arrived late, check in was so easy and parking which we had pre booked (essential)was so easy the driveway is large and under the property, we parked in the driveway whilst checking in.Location is fantastic the end of the road is the mall, the beach is very close either left or right from the front of the resort around the corner and straight up to the beach. So many restaurants and anything you need at the mall. The unit was very clean and comfortable not by any means four stars but very tidy unit a little tired maybe, the manager said they were updating the resort though. The manager came in the morning to make sure we had checked in without any problems nice touch to the service. All essential equipment coffee machine, smart tv, comfy lounge, washing machine and dryer and clothes horse +, no dishwasher which wasn’t a problem, balcony, very comfy bed and quiet surprisingly quiet position. We will definitely be staying again in this hidden little gem.

Excellent location at the centre of Surfers Paradise. The room had fresh carpet and a renovated bathroom which was nice. Standout of this property was the excellent service provided by the staff who live onsite. Flexibility with checkin time was appreciated and any special requests were quickly considered and provided where possible (i.e. leaving bags for later collection when the reception had closed for the day and arranging a personal pickup time). We would stay here again for the service alone. I have stayed elsewhere, but you never get the same hospitality from the big resorts. We will be returning in the future.

The location was excellent. The apartment was bigger than I expected which was a nice bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly. Although it is very close to a number of nightclubs, our apartment was very quiet with no street noise (we were at the back). We felt very safe walking around. The beds were very comfortable.

The only minor thing was the bedrooms were hot as the aircon didn’t reach them. The bedrooms do have fans, but we were here on hot days and an aircon in the bedroom would have been nice - but we did just fine without it.

Location perfect for young people bars and clubs on street and main beach walking distance. Even though in party district there was absolutely no noise coming from outside

Nothing really good value for money we got what we paid for. Most hotels in same area would've cost way more. Beds extremely comfortable. Clean pool. Facilities and shops within walking distance

Apartment was better than expected and much bigger than what you'll find in the usual hotels. Location can't be beat - right next to great restaurants, nightclubs and bike rentals with Cavill Ave 50m or so away. And if you're concerned about security then the police station is only a couple of doors away (not that we saw any issues).

We did have a little misunderstanding when we got there late due to a massive traffic jam on the coast. Staff left our key in a security box but we didn't know the code to get in and nobody answered the after hours phone. Turns out I needed to check an email from 3 months earlier not the others I'd received since then. All good once that was sorted though.

The apartment is really spacious, clean and well maintained. Very central location in surfers paradise. The area is very busy, particularly at night so best suited to those looking for lively nightlife. Even though it’s located amongst lots of bars and nightclubs, it’s actually very quiet inside the apartment.

The decor is a bit dated but still in good condition. It didnt bother us

Everything was fantastic. The arrival was smooth, with the management and the people at reception being amazing. Very well organised and extremely courteous and chatty as well. All my expectations were met and then some. Price for the location and size of the apartment was very good value. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip.

Honestly, I didn't have any complaints, small or large. It was an ideal stay, and I was extremely satisfied. The location is amazing right in the heart of shops, entertainment and the beach. It's a super spot. I didn't swim as it was winter, but the pool area is really nice, good design and spotlessly clean. The amenities within the unit were plentiful. Foxtel (everything including sports), washing machine and dryer. The new air fryer was a nice touch.
