Location was perfect for the beach as well as the view of the ocean from the fourth floor apartment. Very spacious apartment. Lovely pool area.

The double bed in the main bedroom was too small- a queen bed would have been preferable. Furniture in main bedroom was very dated and only one side table next to the bed. Tumble drier needs to be replaced. It was functional however the plastic seal was perished and the filter had holes in it. Because the entire building is fairly dated there was no convenience of a garbage shute so rubbish had to be taken to the basement to be thrown away in a large skip.

Our apartment was beautifully renovated and has an amazing vie, the location was great with most of what we needed in walking distance.

The car park is really tight and quite low. A neighboring guest was constantly smoking on their balcony, the direction of breeze meant the cigarette smoke was blowing our way, with ash even blowing onto our kitchen bench. Apparently it’s ok for guests to smoke on their balcony, great if you’re a smoker, terrible for guests staying nearby.

Everything, particularly the heated swimming pool as that was a BIG hit for my two grandsons aged 6&4 and for the older folk 🤩

The cabana itself had two different floor levels between the lounge area and the laundry/downstairs bathroom. All of us on several occasions stubbed our toes. We thought we would bring this to your attention as it is dangerous - even putting a strip of fluorescent tape would be an improvement.

The location was great. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. Bathroom and every corner are clean , thats when I know they clean the place well. Love the fully furnished kitchen and laundry. Wifi ,foxtel and free parking.

The pillows are not good. The bed are not comfortable. Furnitures are a bit tired. I suggest to put a bench and shoe rack beside the door.

Being right next to the beach and waking up to the waves crashing was absolutely magical! Having 3 levels with the kids having their own room with 4 beds right on top of the cabana was absolutely fantastic as well! The facilities in the room - washing machine, dryer, heaps of pots, pans, utensils, awesome oven and showers with amazing water pressure was awesome as well! We even cooked a home made beef roast dinner which was one of the best we've ever had and we cook A LOT of roasts at home! Main living area TV has so many channels with a heap of sports & movies which was fantastic as well! Myself and Mrs fussy managed to find 3 movies to watch together lol! The staff were amazing and every person we came across were very friendly and helpful!

It definitely wasn't clean, with quite a bit of dust around and also the sheets had some stains on them. Some of the pots needed to be cleaned before we used them too. That's it though - everything else was awesome! 😃

The location is excellent. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Really loved the pool area too. Liked that our linen and towels were changed with a quick clean. Friendly, accommodating staff and easy check- in and out.

Would be nice if possible to have a king size bed as the space in the main bedroom is sufficient. The mattress and pillows were however comfortable 😊

Great clean apartment, comfortable bed, good location, bus stop out the front, lovely pool, short walk to beach, staff were excellent very accommodating.

Apartment lacked a few basics & no there was salt/pepper.

We loved the whole place. Location, facilities, comfy beds and great pillows. The pool was beautiful and always clean plus inviting. This is my second time staying and I will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone going to the GC. Plus the parking is ideal.

It would be great to have some salt and pepper, toilet spray and some more dishwashing liquid. Or at least be notified of what was included with the place (and how much). We are happy to pay for it but would have just planned ahead a bit more if we knew. Maybe also an extra key.

Perfect location on Broad Beach next to stunning Esplanade with eBikes to rent nearby. Pool was oceanfront, entrance to beach with lifeguard could not be closer, view from our unit was outstanding.

As these are independently owned condos, the Air Conditioning in our unit was not really functional. When one of you sleeps on the couch to be closer to the one unit that has no possibility of cooling the bedroom, it's less than ideal.

Loved our stay here! so easy to check in. Sarah and Lynn were amazing. Pool was heated. Easy access to the beach. Bus stop right at the front or it was about $8 to Uber into surfers. Apartment was spacious, amazing ocean front view. Beds were sooo comfy! Washing machine and dryer. We also had a balcony so enjoyed a few bevvies with the view. Has foxtel. Smart tv so we were able to connect and use chromocast to play music. 2 bathrooms. A nice kitchen that we were able to cook in. Bbq area down by the pool with lots of table space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will def book again! Thankyou from Room 39 xx
