Absolutely superb location. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and shops, tram stop, playgrounds, and of course the beach. Free underground parking. Pool and spa were great.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable.

Voyager Resort’s location was perfect. Beautiful beach views and central to everything. Across the road from beach, surf club and parks. Walking distance to shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Very neat and good sized apartment at a reasonable price. May not be the newest or tallest hotel in Broadbeach but it has a warm and cosy feeling about it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and two spas were awesome. Will definitely be returning to the Voyager Resort.

The lounge was a little uncomfortable but maybe because it’s a sofa bed (which my son said was very comfortable to sleep on). Main bed may need upgrading but was fine.

Location was great, so really wished there was more than just a one bedroom option to stay at! TV's were too small!!

Amazing view of the ocean from the east-facing balcony and the apartment was comfortable. A fantastic location with lots of eateries within a short walk, as well as Oasis Shopping Centre around the corner (Woolies, Priceline, and many specialty stores), Pacific Fair is not too far, parks, playgrounds and the beach right across the road and easy access to public transport.

There was a little issue with my room's key cards not functioning (Christmas Day, so reception was closed) and being locked out of my room. A panicked call to the number provided, and the issue was sorted thanks to on-site management (turned out the checkout date was incorrectly entered). The apartment is not huge, but the view more than makes up for it and the facilities are great.

The location is unbeatable, across the road from the beach, shops, restaurants and Pacific Fair is a 10 minute walk. Parking is free and easy. The staff are very friendly, we got early check in and late check out. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a dishwasher as well as washing machine and dryer.

The only negative is that I was under the impression that it is a full size tennis court, but it would still be good for young kids to have a hit. Also, the fridge was switched off before we arrived and it took a while for us to realise and get it cold again.

We had a lovely room/view on the fourth floor more or less as shown on the brochure. BUT be careful when booking because they are building a new 30 high block of apartments next to it and don't know what views this will block, it was in its early stages and there was some early morning noise which I would think will only get worse.

Great little unit

The lounge and chairs were not comfortable. I suggest replacing them with something more comfy to sit in.

The location and ocean view was great as well as the surrounding outlets for shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable with fully stocked and working condition appliances.

There were no major issues encountered in my stay apart from having a little trouble with the entry and exit gate operation. Discovered that it was operational by inserting and taking out the card in one motion rather than inserting the card to activate the gate. It is recommended to have this explained to visitors,

We stayed on the top floor and had a spectacular uninterrupted view of the beach. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the shops, and restaurants. Broadbeach is a great location. We were within walking distance of Pacific Fair and it was easy to navigate to and from our destinations. The room had everything we needed - full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom, balcony. Decor is slightly dated, but this didn't bother us as the view of the beach was the main feature for us. Clean, tidy and value for money.

Carparking was first in first served. One night the only space left was too tight to get the rental into, so we parked on the road. This wasn't a problem, just remember to move vehicle before the time restrictions apply.

We were greeted by nice friendly staff who had our room ready early and were able to check in early which was fantastic. The room we had was great, nice and clean and great view. The whole place was very clean and the sauna was very nice. I would like to mention again how nice and friendly the staff were. I would definitely come back and also recommend to all.

I could not fault the property at all, there was construction next door but that was not a problem as we were informed that it would be there so all was good.
