This was an extremely well priced accommodation. We had ocean views and whilst the apartment was a little on the small side in the living space the 2 bedrooms were of a good size (we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom) and both had their own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was equipped well but with mainly the basics. Laundry was also situated in the kitchen behind a cupboard. The location was great with a couple of bars located downstairs

For some unknown reason there was a lot (and I mean a lot) of noise associated to the bins around 11:30 pm. One evening. The room also gets quite hot especially when sleeping. It would benefit from a couple of ceiling fans as you are not able to leave the windows open due to noise from the Pacific Highway

Perfect location for the 'Blues on Broadbeach' Blues festival! The bed in the main bedroom was comfy. In response to a saturated carpet in the hallway, the hotel moved us for the second night to equal but not upgraded alternative. The maintenance guy was so helpful & courteous.

The next day when maintenance arrived & worked on the carpet for a while it was clear that we could not stay in that room. Disappointed as we missed out on seeing a number of acts at the festival that morning. With some delays in responding to the situation we felt there could have been a better response to the inconvenience. We always book accommodation with a kitchen so we can cook our own breakfast. In our view don't have a kitchen if you don't have enough pots & pans to cook your own breakfast. Overall OK but disappointing.

We were in Broadbeach for the AASCF Cheerleading Nationals and the Avani was in the PERFECT spot!! I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with roll out bed (3 of us) We arrived at 11:00am to drop our luggage as our check in was at 2:00pm. Not only did they upgrade our room to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with ocean views we were able to check in there and then!! AMAZING!!! The location could not have been better, We walked to everything, convention centre, pacific fair, woolworths and every choice of eatery you could imagine all within 5 minutes!!

We have always been IHG members, originally for business trips overseas and within Australia. Our past 2 experiences with the Crown Plaza Broadbeach were not the best, so we decided to find an alternative. Found you on the net, and from my first interaction at reception, things just got better. Lovely room overlooking the ocean, (we live in the country so this was great) and having washing and kitchen facilites was perfect.

The only thing we found odd was not knowing to take our towels from the room to the pool. We thought there would be towels down there.

Location, view, bath products & cleanliness were all perfect. The view was excellent.

No sign at the pool or instructions in the room of where the pool towels could be obtained from. Staff were excellent, however, we asked one member of staff where we could catch a bus back to the airport and she had no idea. She told us to keep walking until we found a bus stop. Another member of staff was able to tell us right away that the bus could be caught a matter of meters away beside the stop for the bus/rail line. All other members of staff were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Check out misunderstanding told by night staff could pay hourly rate until 6pm to phone at 9am in check out date to advise so I called told had to checkout by 10am could extend only until 11am as was already 9am now giving us only 2 hours was very hectic have alot of luggage as relocating from interstate. Cleaner staff kept calling standing at our door was very upsetting. Also charged a cleaning fee for second bedroom not used only to store luggage not fair.

We had a 2bdrm, 1bathroom 2 toilet apartment great view.. The kitchen was equipped well but with the basics. Laundry was also situated in the kitchen behind a cupboard. The location was great with a couple of bars located downstairs and restaurant other dining 15-minute walk, left, onto backstreet entrance from restaurant.Across the road to tram, casino, and shopping.

The door entry to the apartment was right next to the garbage shoot, which smelt but no smel inside the apartment.

MAGNIFICENT on EVERY level - to be honest I do not write reviews usually about our accommodation BUT i just had to on this occasion. We have stayed in Gold Coast Broadbeach many times...this is the BEST accommodation we have had period! Exceptional on all levels...so if you are reading this and wanting somewhere nice, affordable, and safe - don't bother booking elsewhere the 'Avani Residence Broadbeach' is the one! Very modern apartments, breath taking views, warm and friendly people in the building from the people staying there (it's such a lovely vibe) to the staff, house keeping lady they are super Genuine & PROFESSIONAL! Didn't not want to LEAVE...felt right at home and we kept extending our stay longer - it is nearby everything you will need on vacation, Pac Fair mall, Trams, Bus, beach markets, it was worth every dollar. We will only be staying here in the future when we visit!! Thank You Avani for making our holiday even more special!

Amazing ocean views, very roomy 2bedroom apartment, it was great having a separate room for our toddler. Beds were comfy and it was central to everything we needed / wanted to do for our vacation (beach, parks, restaurants and shopping)

My only complaint was the carpet was very wet on arrival in the bedroom just outside the en-suite, the water didn’t run down into the floor waste while showering so I think it was due to previous guests showering with the en-suite door open and the water pooling out, so it did leave the rooms with a mildew smell. When the apartment was locked up for the day it would smell on return. In saying that it still didn’t cruel our stay and I would definitely rebook their again

It was a great place to stay in the staff was nice, the room was cosy and not over the top in decorating or furniture and was a relaxing room to stay in with an amazing view of the beach, and the gym was fantastic it was quiet had alot of good equipment and overall was an amazing experience.

Not much to complain the only thing I didn't like was the door very hard to push open but I'm assuming it was apart of the locking mechanism on the door or for not to be left opened too long.
