The location of the property is great: close to the beach, tram and bus station and shops. The staff is helpful, the territory of the property is full of green and looks perfect, the apartment has everything you need, lots of space, looks good, there is a car park and two nice pools. The place is quiet which is good for family vocation. I definitely recommend this place for those who think about budget and want to stay in a good location with everything you need.

Actually nothing, but we have seen some cockroachers under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom - we told the staff about that - they used spray. And the apartment was not clean enough before our arrival - also told staff about that - they helped.

It is a short walk to the Kurrawa Beach & Oasis shopping centre & the nearby restaurants, cafes & bars of Broadbeach. You can also walk to South Broadbeach tram & bus station. The accommodation was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable & very clean linen. The kitchen facilities were good. The free WIFI was good. The pool & spa area looked very relaxing. The staff were helpful with any enquiries especially with after hours check in.

It was difficult to unlock the front gate even with instruction.

Was neat clean quite and so close to Broadbeach the casino shopping centre Pacific fair and the bus and tram stop. With the tram very quick to get to surfers paradise. Also close to the beach. The price was very good also. The garden was neat and the place quiet and well maintained. Nice to have a pool also.

Was told O could have a carpark then told they where all full. Fortunately there was reasonable parking. The kitchen could have been more open it was like a high bar. The shower was comming out of its track. The airconditioner was not very efficient ok for autumn buy may be hot during summer

Property gave me an upgrade to a single bed apartment in Star residence which was excellent with great view. Place was clean and tidy.

There was no Wi-Fi in the residence which I think now a days is a basic amenity. Shower pressure was ridiculously low it took a long time to have a shower which was frustrating in the middle of cold weather. Contacted the property front desk twice with no results

I was most impressed with the kind & friendly person on reception who greeted me & explained in detail everything I needed to know for my stay. The bed was so comfortable, the room had every appliance you would need & the location was perfect. The rates were very reasonable, I would highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting for a short or long stay on the Gold Coast.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was impressed as soon as I arrived.

We booked this resort last minute due to circumstances and so happy we booked Aruba Surf. We booked 5 nights. It’s not a new resort but the rooms were very comfortable and had all we needed and also much bigger than expected. Broadbeach is a really nice area and Aruba is close to the ocean and Pacific Fair and plenty of restaurants and all you need. Plenty of street parking or there is Resort parking. We had a very comfortable stay and also found the staff very helpful.

The apartment was clean but we were put off by the small cockroaches that were crawling in the kitchen, on the bench. Trying to cook and all you see are the cockroaches. So we stopped cooking meals and ate out. We bought a surface spray from Coles and sprayed the apartment. Other than that the apartment was great

An older property, but in a super central location, friendly staff, great price (didn't need anything fancy when you're hardly there anyway!)

The instructions for the gate code weren't clear and I had to get help from another guest (it didn't mention how to get the touchscreen to appear). Beds were a little uncomfortable but the topper helped.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of both my room and the common areas. The housekeeping staff seemed diligent, and the resort's maintenance was generally up to par. In conclusion, my stay at the Aruba Surf Resort was enjoyable and relaxing. The warm staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a pleasant getaway. While there's room for some improvement in terms of amenities and dining options, I would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future. Location , the room was on the ground floor and a good size with a balcony

The $ 300 dollar upfront bond we had to pay was something we’re not used to being civilised pensioners not the type who would go about damaging other peoples property and for that reason we were reluctant to use the provided dishwasher washing machine and dryer also the vacuum cleaner provided was completely full of dirt from previous users and had no suction which we had to remedy as there are many warnings of extra cleaning fees if the room left untidy
