The staff was bubbly and welcoming at reception. Checking in was a breeze, we had one vehicle that was nicely accommodated for with the indoor customer parking available. The apartment was terrific! Very spacious and a lot bigger than I imagined. The balcony had a stunning view of the city especially at night and the location was great being right across the road from the supermarket, cafe, restaurant and liquor store. One of the power poles exploded one night and a portion of the city was without power for a while, including Quest Mackay which made our experience a funny one haha! Express Checkout was handy since we had to leave around 4am to catch our flight. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would love to stay again! :D

Great size room with a little kitchen that had pretty much everything I needed. Lounge room was nice with with big tv. Bathroom was good size and reasonably clean, it was handy having washer and dryer in there. Beds and pillows I thought were very comfy. I liked the place and recommend it for a long stay in Mackay.

Being picky but maybe a little foldable clothes airer to air dry clothes outside. Bit pricey for a short stay.

I liked the size of the apartment, facilities and balcony. It is close to Coles and Liquorland. Walking distance to Victoria St which has great restaurants. Quick and easy to find. Great to have a sofa, outside table and chairs and inside eating table. Beds were comfortable. Nice big shower with good pressure and nice hot water. The 2 lifts are well located for the car park and rooms. It was great to have secure parking included in the price. The washing machine and tumble drier were a win. Staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful.

The noise from the pub across the road was mildly invasive but not terrible. The outside of the windows were dirty but no trainsmash - inside of room was clean and well equipped with ample the kitchen basics. The inner shower drain didn't work well so the bathroom floor was semi flooded after using it making the bathroom mat sopping wet. The car parks are very small for an SUV but with practice they ended up fine. It would have been good to have somewhere to hang clothes that cannot be tumble dried.

The hotel is modern and in a central location. The bed was large and comfortable and the room had a reasonably sized balcony with small table and chairs. Secure underground parking.

The Executive apartment is very small, probably more suited to business trips, not stays of more than 1-2 nights. (Other room types may be larger) The room appears tidy and well kept, but surfaces probably need a thorough wipe (some marks on the desk and dust on the bedside lamps).

The location was good- easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the 8th floor with views to the sea and mountains. Ibby was so kind and helpful when we found the room we had been given smelled of cigarette smoke. He organised the change over- nothing was a problem.He also recommended a lovely walk and gave us local information. My husband and I are very grateful to Ibby.

Nothing- the apartment was very clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

we had an apartment facing the riverside, great views. The desk staff were very happy and friendly and when leaving I loved how kind the domestic ladies ( who were on our floor ) were in offering us a hand with our luggage overload which we declined. They were most thoughtful and genuine in their offer. A great 2 nights sleep, didn't hear a thing.

It wasn't an issue but I felt maybe its time to get the peeling lamp shades replaced and the curtains upgraded, tired and marked

I am not one to complain, but there was a bit of poo on the floor just under the edge of the couch in our apartment. I was disgusted when I saw it and nearly stood on it, (I was in room 708A from 31st Dec to 2nd Jan). I had to take a second look and even took a photo cause I was shocked to find poo on the floor. I wouldn't wish for anyone else to find this! Other than that the staff were lovely and friendly.

We arrived at 5:30 am on Xmas day and the early check in at 9:30 was our Xmas present. Bed was super comfortable. Shower experience great. The place has been fully renovated and everything was new. Loved the office chair I used extensively working on my laptop. We also used the laundry facilities 👍

We were missing a hand towel. We asked for it but was never delivered. It was not a big problem though

The cleanliness of the property and the simple and classic design made me feel comfortable travelling for work. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bathroom was big enough to not feel cramped. The bed was comfortable. I was working in the town centre and it was a 4/5 min walk to where I was working. There is a Coles mins walk away and the Il Bacco Italian restaurant downstairs was SUPERB!!!

Could've had netflix or options for chromecast onto the television.

Nice modern apartment in the centre of Mackay. Our room had been recently refitted with new furniture, but it was a shame they hadn't repainted at the same time.

Paintwork could have done with a refresh, and curtains looked very dirty. It's a shame these hadn't been refreshed at the same time as fitting all new furniture. Washing machine was dirty (just needed a clean)
