Great welcome on arrival. We celebrated our 40th Ruby Anniversary, on our own, because we wanted to just chill from everything. Our stay was the BEST and We just Slept, Eat and Watched Tele. Simple But The Best, Thank You. It was peaceful, restful and that's coming from local Farleigh Farmer's. We will definitely book again in the near future. Thank You again. Peaceful and quiet room's. The beautiful lady at reception and her lovely offer of a cocktail at dinner for our Ruby Anniversary,was lovely. Just something so simple as that meant a lot to us both. The room was just a perfect size,hot water was amazing as most motels it's pretty poor. The set up for self service was really great, everything you need. The hieght of the sink was excellent. Usually you have to either use the vanity sink( yuk). The bed and linens were Super clean,soft and ever so comfortable. We slept straight away for 2hrs on arrival.

Had Dinner at the Hotel, good value for money, and a good selection of food available. The room was good, bed was comfy, pillows were wonderful.

Pool needed to be cleaned, Face washer towels needed to be supplied in the bathroom. The tissue box was empty. The meals very big for one person. The Garlic bread should be sold as for one person or two people, what was on offer was great but for two people not one, way too much. (unless you are a gusts)

I like these rooms, they are nice and bright and open out to an open grassed private area and you can see the water from here. The rooms are comfortable the beds are really comfortable, there is a spa bath which I have never used when staying but it's there is you want it, the property is very clean and neat and tidy and there is a balcony outside with a table and chairs.

I could hear the tv on in the room next door which was quite loud. I haven't heard a tv on when staying before. The restaurant wasn't open so I had to go out to buy food. I did discover Burrito Bar though in Rural View which is my new favourite. Other than this there really is nothing to fault.

Spacious room with comfortable sitting chairs, absolutely great king-sized bed so comfortable, warm room without the aid of heating, table and chairs a fridge that worked extra bench space plenty of hanging space, bathroom well appointed with nice towels and toiletries, easy to find close to a shopping centre and garage, no street noise friendly staff, I would recommend The Windmill for your stay

Did not like how long it took for the hot water to come through the tap and there was no screens on the sliding door or windows

Super friendly staff who all genuinely wanted to be of assistance, meet our needs and ensure everything was in order. From reception to restaurant, bar and kitchen, the mood of staff was contagious to all around them - a true bonus for any establishment. Very pleasant surroundings backing up to a small lake, and easy to access from the highway. On-site restaurant served above average food at reasonable prices. Ours was only a 1 night stop but it would be ideal for a longer stay, particularly with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and table and chairs in the spacious room, and shopping within easy walking.

Although non-smoking was requested and supposedly disallowed in or near the accommodation, this was blatantly disregarded, and for suffers of asthma or, in my husband's case, COPD, the drifting smoke WILL cause serious and lasting ill-effects.

The location worked well for all of our activities, it was close to get fuel, close to the shopping centre for supplies too. The room was beautiful and clean. It was spacious and very comfortable Dinner - we ate there almost every night and each meal was well presented and delicious - make sure you try the Strawberry shortcake dessert! YUM! The staff made us feel welcome each time we presented to them for anything. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay there again if we come by this way again.

There was nothing we disliked - only that we had to leave! Also i wished i could have ordered dessert every night, but the waistline said NO!

It was easy to get in and out of the complex. Plenty of room, plus a balcony overlooking a parkland and lake. No highway noise, no neighbour noise. We were upgraded to a bigger room.peace and quiet for a great nights sleep

A couple of small minor maintenance issues. Plug missing from basin/tub. pillowcase had a tear, these were all brought to the receptionists notice. There were a couple of flyovers which could be heard, but these stopped early in the evening.

Room was good friendly staff, ease of check in and check out very quiet place to stay considering its right next to the major highway

The bistro service was limited. But I used uber eats so didn't really matter. Booking.com said that I could have breakfast included in my stay however there was no kitchen services at the time of my stay. So no breakfast included

The use of the free dryer

Commendable cleaning staff Feomt of house was very helpful management or someone appearing to be management or lack there of was very stand offish and made me feel very uncomfortable as a female solo traveler I saw the person on more then one occasion but served no purpose and we exchanged eye contact on numerous occasions but he was rude , ignoring me and made me feel very unsafe

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. I cannot comment on other motel facilities as I have only ever stopped in overnight as a break in a long drive, however it has been exceptional both times. The rooms are great value for money, and are quite nice with great aircon. There is plenty of on-site parking, and the reception staff are very professional and helpful. This trip I arrived and departed outside reception hours, however the entire process was very easy and reduced the stress of a long drive.
