The views of the Maroochy river were fantastic from the balcony. It was extremely hot weather on one day of our stay, but the air con in the unit kept us cool. later in the afternoon, the pool was shaded and provided a terrific place to cool down. The walking track along the river was a perfect opportunity to look at the beautiful fauna and flora of the area. A walk along the foot bridge to Chambers Island is a real treat and has lovely sandy beaches for a swim in placid waters. Great for young families as the water is calm and there is a playground. A real bonus was the fantastic cafe called Flume which was next door. They serve the best pizzas. Just down the road is the Waterfront Hotel at Diddillibah which serves great meals and you can sit on the verandah and watch fish jump and boats on the water. An IGA and takeaway shop is within easy walking distance and both are well stocked.

Last minute value for money. Close to where we needed to be that night and opposite the Maroochy River- and a great cafe next door called Flume! We were able to have an early check-in which was much appreciated

Be aware Bradman Ave is very noisy and busy - haven't stayed in Maroochydore for years and it has obviously boomed! I've personally spoken to the friendly manager about areas of concern so will leave it at that. The manager was very helpful and approachable.

The apartment (unit 8) was comfortable and looks to have been recently refreshed with new flooring. There’s a side river view. The shower is fabulous. The small pool was clean and refreshing. The location is about 10 minutes drive from the airport and a couple of minutes from Maroochydore. Across the road is the river with a great walking boardwalk. Communication was really good and contactless. Very happy with our short stay.

Very Convenient location with a lovely view from the 3rd Level. Kitchen well equipped and decent size fridge, we commented that we would have been very comfortable there for the week especially seeing it had a washing machine, but unfortunately only had the 1 night this time. Loved the little cafe (Flume) next door for breakfast.

Not suitable if you could not use the stairs (Unless there is a downstairs option), or the shower over the bath but neither were a concern for us. Bed cover makes the place look dated, but the bed was comfortable - A fresh new cover would change that "Dated Vibe".

Really comfy one bedroom unit. Bit of road noise which died away at night. Easy access to Maroochy River pathway for early morning walks. A short drive to Maroochydore shops. Craig and Andrea were really helpful, quick to respond to queries.

Nothing to dislike as such. An oven in the kitchen would have been nice - but no room; and the Electric frypan helped make up for it. Internet connection for Netflix etc also would be nice - but it didn’t really matter!

Wonderful location on the Maroochy River - perfect balcony from which to watch the setting sun. Well appointed one-bedroom apartment with good-sized kitchenette - and a full-sized fridge! Busy road but provided a lovely riverside walk in the evening. Good to have parking on site

Lugging bags up to the top floor - although the outlook across the river was worth it.

We had a pleasant stay in this very well setup apartment. It was well located for our purposes and had an excellent outlook across the river. Probably represented good value at the peak time of year.

The traffic noise was a bit of a detraction but could be mostly "shut out"; we come from a very quiet location and like to have doors and windows open, so most city dwellers probably wouldn't notice it.

Lovely, accommodating reception staff on arrival. The apartment was just perfect for us. Clean, tidy, everything we needed, plus a lovely view. Takeaway next door plus bridge hotel for dinner/ lunch and pokies within walking distance. We will definitely stay again. 🙂

Excellent ,location from arrival at Airport. Easy to find. Parking not a problem. Used Restaurant next door as it was convenient. Excellent.

Couch/sofa in lounge needs .replacing. No support or padding underneath. Too low to floor for ease of use. No other furniture in lounge so used table and chairs in dining area.

Location for what we wanted. Clean and tidy. Had everything that we needed for our short stay.

Car parks were very tight, made coming and going difficult
