Great location, with all the restaurants and shops along the street outside the building and the beach across the road. They had a gym and a pool as well, both clean and tidy. The staff on reception were kind and courteous at all times.

There were only 2 things I didn't like. 1. the bathroom had a large corner bath with the shower over it meaning I had to climb into the bath through the screen door to shower. A step was provided to help you climb in and out but it's really not a very safe or modern option. For this type of establishment, I had expected a proper walk-in shower separate to the bathtub. 2. The people in the room above me were rather noisy, chairs scraping across the floor and what sounded like kids running about over my head but this is more down to hotel clients having consideration for their neighbours rather than a hotel problem per se.

Location excellent. Walking distance from beach, shops, surf club etc. Didn't use my car while I was there. Pool smallish. View as expected by the photos, (view of sea between two buildings) Could see waves and sometimes one or two people surfing.

I was there for a week, in a studio room. Perhaps one or two days is enough in a studio apartment. For two people I think it's a bit small. I am a widow, I would not have stayed there with my husband. Not enough cupboard space for a whole week, even for just me. Maybe a one bedroom apartment would have been better for a week. I invited guests to visit me but had to keep the bedroom sliding door open into the main living area because the only Air conditioner is in the bedroom. I add that it was a VERY Hot week, The bar stools were too low and bar too narrow. Only table & chairs were on the balcony.

The location of this Resort was excellent for us as it is close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, the Surf Club and Wharf area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our two bedroom apartment had a lovely balcony and we had fantastic ocean views. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the beds were super comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also noted that we were celebrating a special birthday and surprised us with chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

We would have loved to swim in the heated pool but the water was too cold for us. The rooftop spa however was lovely and warm with amazing views!

Comfy bed, great ocean view from our 10th floor studio apartment. Easy walking distance to the main patrolled beach, shops and cafes galore. All the conveniences of home, packed into a petite, tastefully decorated, beachy room. Everything we needed for a kick-back one week getaway. Loved it.

The rooftop spa felt a bit grungy and neglected. A bit of a spruce up and some greenery would have made it feel more inviting. We took one look and decided to give it a miss.

The room was refurbished and had a nice little balcony where we could see the sea and listen to the waves. The hotel is very central and still very quiet. We were very happy with our room.

During our stay of 12 nights our room was only cleaned once. every 4 nights would be better. On the day when the cleaning lady was planned to come along we asked the reception if she could please come along in the afternoon as I had some virtual meetings to attend in the morning. Unfortunately, that request never reached the cleaning team. However, the cleaning lady was very flexible and was able come back a bit later.

The location was perfect for my shopping needs

I stayed in a refurbished beach view studio, and it was excellent! It was lovely listening to the ocean at night. And a fabulous location, but still quiet for sleeping. Walked everywhere, and enjoyed the variety of the beach and the pool. I loved my massage and facial at Waterfall Day Spa too! The staff were incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated the day pass to access facilities on my checkout day, and carparking until the afternoon.

The pool area needs some TLC, and more shade in the afternoons. The concrete 'rocks' look tired and dated with minimal greenery to soften them.

Location is perfect, across the road from beach and above shops Pool area was fantastic Apartment was modern Accessible parking for high vehicles

Our view!!! Booked a seaview room and yes, we did have one but it was heavily obstructed by shop awnings. No mention on this site that view might be obstructed. Recommend requesting a room mid to high level. Rooftop spa area needs updating. Lounge area very small for 5 people. Glass louvred window between main bedroom and lounge area, light from tv and lounge area shines into bedroom

We stayed in a rooftop unit with private spa. Views were incredible. Staff were very friendly, room was generally very clean, bed very comfortable. Overall an incredible stay and we will definitely be returning.

The stairs up to the rooftop private spa were a bit of a slip hazard for us. Very narrow, low visibility, and nothing to prevent slipping with slightly wet feet. my husband actually slipped coming down the stairs. The pool was also advertised as heated, but we still found it way too cold for a swim (it is winter though). We would also next time request a walk in shower as we found the step into the bath a massive hurdle, and again a bit of a dangerous hazard for us. Having said all of this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit again.

The Landmark has been a 'first choice' for many many years. Initially owned unit 9126 and sadly due to the air conditioning problems at the time and charges for letting the unit, did not justify keeping the unit. I do have regrets having made the decision to sell. The unit was my haven and an escape to regroup to continue to work in mental health. Hopefully one day my dream of owning in Mooloolaba will come to fruition. Still my first choice - the position, the beach, the building, the view, the facilities - just everything.
