Great location, fabulous view from balcony and very comfortable lay out in the room. Spacious rooms and good kitchen and bathroom sizes albeit somewhat dated fittings and fixtures.

The room was not clean on arrival. When I asked for a service I was told it would cost $100!!! When you are paying $350 per night for the room it should include a clean room and servicing. There was old toothpaste or something on the toilet lid, the other toilet seat was also dirty. It was obvious that a proper clean had not been undertaken. Also the bathroom supplies has been emptied and not refilled for our arrival… so there was no hand soap or conditioner or shampoo in the showers. The kitchen was missing a cutting board and the cutting knives were blunt. They also ran out of beach towels and told us we should wash the ones we have. So much for “serviced” apartments.

There are no flyscreens on the sliding doors in bedroom and in the lounge, can't leave the doors open day or night due to insects, flies, mosquitoes coming inside. Q It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was still undergoing renovation works for the 4 of the 5 days we were there.

Check in and reception staff and staff in general were all excellent, especially Sean on reception. View a and location and well as general facilities both in the room and the hotel were excellent and the location was fantastic.

Lots of the building was a little tired, areas around to poll were all covered in hazard tape, there was duck tape everywhere holding things together, lifts, public areas. The shower in the main room was too low for a decent size adult, I am 6ft although I guess that is a sacrifice for having a Jacuzzi bath, so fine. One of the lifts, i think lift one had a trouble with the scanner to reach floors and often did not work.

It was very noisy at night. The hair dryer nozzle was broken. The front door jams and has to be slammed to close which was very noisy and you had to be conscious of that when coming and going . There was no free Wifi which is unheard of these days. No Netflix or Stan and the TV was mounted very low which meant we had to slouch down to watch it . Only 2 drinking glasses for 4 people, no bottle opener .

The location and view were amazing. We couldn't have picked a better spot. We were able to walk everywhere and there were so many ice cream shops! The shallow pool was perfect for our toddler. The staff were also lovely and helpful. We were able to charge our car in the secure car park.

We had to call reception about two seperate cleanliness issues however they fixed the issue right away. The pool area had construction tape around and the gardens weren't as pictured but the pool was still great. We had issues with our keys not working a few times but it was all sorted quickly.

no wi-fi and receptionist gave us separate key passes for facilities, entry and room. Should be one pass for all. Approached a reception to call a cab for flight home, she dialled the cab number and passed the head piece over. We had to select numbers to get through which we couldn’t reach. Why couldn’t she have done this for us??

The location to Mooloolaba beach was outstanding - a 2 minute stroll. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 2 living areas.

The value for money was not good value. For $900/night I would expect all of the kitchen utensils to be 5 star. The non-stick fry pan is scratched & no longer non-stick (it needs to be urgently replaced). The kitchen plug does not fit the sink hole (the water escapes when washing up). There was only one piece of Tupperware (need more plastic containers with lids). At this price you’d expect free wifi in the apartment (it is only in the reception area). The soap, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion dispensers need to be checked that they are full (not the case for our stay - however they were promptly refilled when requested).

The location couldn't be any better - literally across the road from the beach. Amazing view!! The apartment was spacious and the bed comfy. Restaurants and convenience store downstairs. Everything we needed was so handy!!

We stayed in two apartments - the lounge furniture in one of them was comfy while the other apartment not so comfy.

The room was amazing, with our own rooftop bbq / drinks area. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home, and the location was perfect. An abundance of places to eat downstairs. We were there for 5 nights, and I only had to use my car once. I cant wait to stay here again

I have an electric car, and twice I plugged my car into a power point in the basement, and twice I found it unplugged on the ground. More my fault though, than the fault of the property. I would still give it 10/10

I liked the friendly welcome upon arrival and the beautiful touch of a hand written Christmas card and some shortbread biscuits awaiting me in my room. The view was spectacular, everything was spotlessly clean and well organised. The television had plenty of viewing choices if we wanted to relax a bit. Great proximity to some very enjoyable restaurants and shops. I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool for some laps early in the mornings.

There’s nothing for me to dislike.
