Location is 💯 you do not need a car ! Amazing pool ! View is perfection. Every single thing you need is walking distance ! Very well equipped ! Gym, sauna. Beach towels provided ! Clothes lines. Wine fridge ! Ice machine . They have thought of everything .

Need to change the rules of only giving 2 keys per unit ! If there are 6 people staying in a unit you require 3 keys ! There may be 3 couples going out at seperate times …..Inconvenient at times when 3 groups going to 3 separate places …… caused difficulties ! 3 keys is essential. Also would be great to have a BBQ … first placed we have stayed at that does not have a BBQ.

Location was great walked to everything including the wharf and sealife. Near all the shops and beach. Great beach path and super view from terrace. Very clean.

We didn't like the bathroom in the main bedroom. The room and decor itself was fantastic and the shower one of the best we have had. We didn't like the open shower or toilet off the bedroom. Would have preferred a wall separation. We didn't use the bath so that was OK but you had to close the blind to shower if people were on the balcony. Also the toilet only had slighly obscured glass so someone had to leave the room to give the other occupant some privacy. Only a small thing to some people but would definately deter us from booking this apartment...not sure they are all like this. Other than that could not fault it.

An amazing location with impressive views of Mooloolaba Beach. The apartment has modern furnishings and very comfortable beds. The location is excellent for dining out with a huge variety of restaurants and cafes. The generous and well stocked kitchen makes cooking a family meal easy, especially with Coles very close to the apartment. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager Sharon, who is so friendly. Incredible stay and would highly recommend this apartment for families, more than enough room for our family of 4 adults and 1 child.

It was in a fantastic area with loads of shops and restaurants/cafes at the doorstep. The facilities are great with pool hot tub and steam room. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable! I was there with my mother and it was perfect for us! Sharon looked after us so well!! She is so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We could not have been happier and will definitely be back again!

It was a little difficult finding the car park, if you drive down one way you can clearly see the Sea Pearl wall with the car park behind it, but coming the other way you couldn’t see it. Sharon did give great instructions the day before so I found it pretty easily.

This was by far one of the most amazing holidays we have ever had, due to such fabulous accomodation but most especially because of Sharon, the wonderful manager at Sea Pearl. From welcoming us and showing us around, to coming to our aid one evening when we couldn't work the entertainment system, to her always friendly & helpful demeanour, Sharon is truly the Sea Pearl's own 'pearl'!! Our 3 bdrm apt was magnificent - clean, airy, heaps of room for our teenage daughters, spectacular view, well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the cinema room as well. The position is perfect, and staying on on the 8th floor meant very little street noise with all of the benefits of being within walking distance of beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc. We cannot wait to return again one day soon!

I've been visiting Mooloolaba for over 30 years and thought I knew the accommodation around the area pretty well. Sea Pearl really IS the Pearl of the Mooloolaba district!! Sharon is amazing, welcoming and beyond thoughtful. Facilities and security is fantastic. Hands down the best stay I've had in the area. Just brilliant - don't think twice, just book. You won't regret it!

Beautifully presented. Fantastic location with incredible ocean views. Sharon was extremely helpful. Unit had everything we could need. Very comfortable. Large verandah. Beautiful pool.

Combined main bedroom ensuite doesn’t allow for privacy but was easy enough to navigate.

The Location, the Apartment, the View, the Manager, beautiful Sharon, the convenient parking and once parked we didn't need the car again, everything is within walking distance. Shopping, dining and bars are all fabulous, just pop out of the lift and there you are :)

There is nothing we didn't like - except that we had to leave!!

Excellent Location, beautiful views, the lovely Sharon (Manager) was fantastic to deal with, convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. Great inhouse amenities pool, undercover car parking, gym and Theatre Room.
