We stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with direct access to the pool area. It was no issue to the hosts the we arrived slightly early. The suite was spotless and had all the amenities we required for another relaxing break for two including available swimming towels. The poolside bbq area was great - easy to use with ideal adjacent dining area. Hotel Laguna is ideally located next to the retail and eating establishments - the beach and green space near the Noosa river mouth and only a 2 minute walk to the river ferry and kayak/ leisure boat hire. This was our second stay but won’t be our last ( hopefully)

The hotel location is terrific. Right at the end of Hastings St, set back, near park and river area. A short walk to the beach, and the pool area looked lovely. Generally clean and bright, modern room with fridge, kettle and toaster, plenty of plates and glassware. The bed was comfortable and large.

Our room faced the carpark, which was surprising as we'd booked 6 months earlier (rooms overlooking the river are shown in advertised photos). This meant early morning car/ truck deliveries, idling engines out front. There was also a ringing phone-like sound, which recurred regularly, day and night. I'd recommend requesting a river-facing room for a better sleep.

It was truly one of the most lovely apartments I have ever stayed in and I have been holidaying in Noosa for over 45 years. Oooch that’s a long time! I was a little taken aback to be honest about how thoughtful the owners must be. Every little single thing that you could ever wish for was there, plus more. The apartment is truly lovely and such a fabulous location. A little hidden gem. The bed is super comfy, the lounge too, plus two televisions, a kitchen with enough kitchenware to cater for a function (let’s not, we are too tired!), a heated pool, next to one of the best restaurants in Hastings Street. Absolutely loved it. I hope to book the same apartment for next year’s car show Thanks for having us Kind regards Lisa Hosking.

We were in Noosa Heads to get married. The ceremony was planned for Little Cove however intermittent rain showers were coming over all day and there looked like a possibility that the outdoor ceremony might not be possible due to rain. I discussed the situation with the management team - Tony and Sharon, who immediately suggested that they would prepare a room with a view over the river as a Plan B in case the rain did not let up. Their willingness to prepare a Plan B gave us great peace of mind. As it turned out, a break in the rain, enabled the ceremony to go ahead at Little Cove, however it was comforting to know we had a back up and full credit to Tony and Sharon for being so willing to help out. The pool area was beautifully maintained, the pool itself was heated and enjoyable. The location on Hastings St is great and very close to multiple restaurants and other retail outlets.

The bathroom door opened inwards to a fairly compact vanity/toilet/shower which made getting into and out of the bathroom difficult.

It is an older-style hotel at the end of Hastings Street, but it is still very well located. Lots of dining options close by, and the beach is a stone-throw away. The property managers were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and had everything we needed, including a view of the Noosa River. Overall, it was quiet, but our neighbours were very noisy. Pool towels are available but are $5 each for the duration of your stay.

It's not a big deal for us, but there is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags or dislike stairs, book a room on a lower floor. While the listing on Booking.com says 'Parking available', it is not guaranteed. Fortunately, we got a park, and the car remained there.

The location was 10/10. The room was small but tidy. It had a nice view overlooking the river. The check in/out process was simple.

We selected the ‘pay upon arrival’ option when we booked, but were contacted by the hotel to pay 1 night up front. This wasn’t a big issue but just not what was advertised on this website. Also, the rooms were not very sound proof. There was a family with small kids staying in the room next to us and we could hear them crying/shouting quite a lot.

The location was epic as it was on Hastings Street. Can walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Hastings Street with ease. The rooms were a great size and had an awesome view of the canal water. Loved how the room was bright and had heaps of cupboard space. The pool was very spacious and clean and there was a nice area to sit and chill. There is parking underneath which is good but it does fill up very quickly so have to get in early, Receptionist Sharon was helpful. The building is older but the rooms are upgraded.

I didn't love how the receptionist wasn't always there - Seemed to be always off somewhere and had to call her numerous times till she came. For example, they called and said our room was ready so we rocked up and then had to call her again to come give us the keys and we then had to wait around again.

The room was great. The view of the river lovely. Backing on to the pool was very nice. Being on Hastings Street was so handy.

The staff (probably the owners) were grumpy and made no effort to assist me. I arrived at 9am. I did know that the room was not available until 2pm but I had hoped that my room might have been attended to first. I was told I would be called if the room was ready early. I was never called. I went back to reception after noon and was told that the room was nearly ready. I waited in reception for well over an hour. I think I was let into my room about 20 mins before 2pm. I am 60 years old. I'd travelled from Sydney by myself. I felt I could have been treated better - with more consideration and kindness. I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff and avoided Reception for the rest of my stay.

The location and general condition of the room and surrounds are kept well.

What we had to clean out of the shower trap as the water was not running away in the shower. This had not been cleaned for a long time! I personally think that beach towels should be included in the stay charges. Whilst I appreciate laundry costs and abuse of this by some customers the limiting of towels with additional charges is unreasonable from my perspective. The banana lounge cushions hold water, hence the mould marks. We grabbed the newer lounges that were stacked up rather than the others after getting a wet bum when sitting on them when they look dry from the outset.

Excellent location. Room was very good and the smaller Studio room was well designed. Very Clean throughout. Pool area was also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On site parking was good.

You have to take stairs to get to all levels from the parking garage and it makes for a difficult transfer of luggage to your rooms. There is no assistance with getting luggage to your room. Not easy when you are a retired person to do alone. Very disappointed that you do not get Towels provided for use at the pool. I expect that when I pay over $300 per night for a room, that they can at least provide towels for use at the pool. You do not get rooms serviced and you have to pay for any additional towels you require.
