Fantastic location right in the heart of Noosa (just off Hastings Street). The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was free parking The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lovely decor.

We didn’t use the pool as it was very small and there were children in it a lot of the time we were there. It’s a lovely addition, especially for children and if you just want a nice dip, but it wasn’t for us. The bed was small, but were used to a bigger bed so that might have just been us! Unfortunately the bedroom smelled really musty / damp and I don’t know if this was because there had been a lot of rain before we arrived, but it wasn’t very pleasant and seemed to make a cough I had worse. There wasn’t any breeze through the apartment at all, so I couldn’t get any clothes to dry after I used the washing machine, again which made made me feel it was damp. Maybe some dehumidifier would be helpful?

It takes a few minutes to be on Hastings Street. Close to the beach and National park. Short walk to the river to hire boats or paddle boards. Perfect location.

We stayed in apartment 12 overlooking the riverside for 5 nights. Very early every morning the Sebel apartments next door seemed to be sorting rubbish or having bins/skip bins picked up. Sometimes 5.30 am. We were early risers anyway but not the place for sleep ins.

The location was great and we appreciated allocated parking under cover. The apartment was spacious and had a river view. The kitchen was well equipped for a two week stay. The pool was small but nice and warm.

We heard the bins being emptied early every morning - very noisy. There was no fan in either bathroom which was inconvenient.

Excellent location. The apartment has everything you need. Comfy beds. 3 different settings on shower head. Elevator to your room, don't have to fight with luggage up stairs.

There isn't a reception desk that I'm aware of. Finding the carpark and elevator was like a scavenger hunt. Not being informed on booking that the renovations taking place were right outside our apartment. Number 6 if you're planning in staying in the near future.

Car parks very tight and I messaged well before our stay about needing another bed and I wasn’t notified you received the message that it was sorted out . The property sorted it which wasn’t the issue but I brought up another mattress which wasn’t required. Just a little communication might have helped

What a great position, with great facilities! the pool is a lovely 29 degrees, perfect for a dip after spending time at many of the restaurants or shops literally on your doorstep. The apartments were lovely, clean and comfortable. On the Saturday night we heard the noise from the restaurant next door but when inside with the doors shut it isn’t loud and didn’t disturb us.

The car park was really quite tight.

Apartment was spacious and design well set out, liked having the deck/ balcony, great having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, kitchen and connection to outdoor area, Pleased it had a washing machine Apartment so handy to shops and beach...Awesome!

Pretty well equipped but would have liked more entertaining platters, small knives etc, beach towels, nice coffee, salt pepper sachets Big huntsman in bedroom...partly due to me turning off aircon (not a good idea) Pool didn't look like photo! Too close to car park and reception Think a landscaper could do so much to the gardens between buildings and make it a lovely well cared for space, it could make the place

Location was great. Room was spacious. Staff friendly. Check in easy. Clean rooms and beds good. Shower spotless, no mould anywhere in the apartment.

Paying for pool towels - but nothing else to whine about. The staff and accommodation were great. You'd be fussy to whine if staying here

The location of Bella Casa is perfect. Walk out the front gate and you are in the heart of Hastings Street. Walk out the back gate and you are just short stroll from the bus interchange where you can catch buses to the supermarket/shops at the junction, Noosaville or the Eumandi Markets. We stayed in Apartment 9 in the middle block (Superior two bedroom apartment). The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was modern and clean and spacious with two separate outdoor areas. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we could need including a cupboard containing games and books as well as Wifi which was a big plus for our teenager! The apartment complex had buckets/spades and boogie boards that could be borrowed at no cost and Cool Cabanas and beach towels that could be rented which was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have seen negative reviews of the pool in other reviews and whilst it is not large and is beside the car park, it is a very nice pool and heated which was very helpful on the cooler days of our stay. Our kids loved it.

Being in the heart of Hasting Street the only draw back is a certain level of noise coming from surrounding apartment blocks and businesses. This would be the case in any of the apartment complexes in the area and didn't bother us too much. The only other thing lacking was a larger pot in the kitchen for cooking. I had to boil two smaller pots in order to make enough pasta for the five of us.

The property is beautiful, it’s very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and accomodating and the apartment was very clean

Only downfall is that some rooms are noisy but it is on Hastings street. The bedroom wooden shutters don’t help to reduce the noise.
