The yurt was absolutely beautiful! It was super comfortable and had incredible small touches - the hosts have really thought of everything. We were beyond impressed and didn’t want to leave. We stayed in Winter and weren’t cold at all, there’s plenty of heaters/hot water bottles/blankets etc available. The location is beautiful and so so peaceful. We loved our breakfast too, it was a really nice surprise! Nick went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had the perfect stay, which we really appreciated. I’m already trying to figure out when I can stay here again!!

Didn’t anticipate breakfast being provided so had brought my own. Although I didn’t take advantage of the provided breakfast there appeared to be a good range of products to choose from. Nick’s friendliness and willingness to go out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests was very evident and appreciated.

The picture window was a little dirty. Because it rained so much throughout my stay the picture window was my only way of “being in the outdoors” so a clearer view of the visiting wildlife could have been better.

We love the setting, looking at a beautiful mountain, woods, all around and waking up and finding kangaroos in the front yard. The yurt was larger than I expected, was warmer than expected, considering it was winter and kind of chilly outside at night had everything you could ask for. we stayed for two nights. The breakfast options left for us were more than sufficient and yummy. The place was extremely clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, it seems that these owners have actually stayed in one of their yurts and know what people want and need ( all owners should stay in their rentals!). Quality toiletries, left with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand, soap, fragrance for the bathroom. The under counter refrigerator was large enough to hold what we were traveling with, the two burner cooktop enough for what we were trying to cook while we were enjoying this atmosphere. The water was very quickly hot for washing and showering. The floors were wooden beautiful and very clean. The height of the ceiling made this place feel like a palace. we were extremely happy with this accommodation and highly recommend to anyone considering coming to the area. We are so happy we chose this away from the hustle and bustle of the town/city considering wherever you go in this area you’re gonna drive anyway, so why not be in this beautiful setting .

We didn’t love the chairs that were provided for evening time watching some TV. They were kind of like a giant foam beanbag style chair not very comfortable.

Noosa eco retreat is truly a piece of heaven. The yurts are so comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including all utensils in the kitchen, bbq, flashlight etc.). The owners have put a lot of care into utilising the space so well. The 2 nights we were there it rained over night, and it was so peaceful hearing the rain on the tent. We had a hard time deciding whether to go out and explore the area or simply stay cosy in the accommodation/have a picnic at one of the many spaces set up on site among the kangaroos. That said, the location is also fantastic: only a few minutes drive to the town where we had a lovely dinner our first night, and so close to spectacular walks. We climbed Mount Cooroora and got beautiful views, including a birds eye view of Noosa eco retreat. Another great find was the rock pools at Mount Mothar. Overall, couldn't recommend Noosa eco retreat more.

We had an excellent experience at the retreat! The yurt(we stayed in “yugen”) was clean and cozy, providing a perfect balance for the varying temperatures- with air conditioning during hot days and radiators to keep us warm on cooler nights. It truly felt like every detail was thoughtfully considered. The breakfast was simple, but satisfying with an amazing view over the mountains and seeing kangaroos jumping around up close. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort!

Can’t think of anything

This was one of the most interesting and enjoyable stays we've had in a while. The property is far enough from the big cities that you get some excellent stargazing. We also enjoyed the firepit on site. We enjoyed a visit from a small pack of curious kangaroos, one of them being ~20 feet from our yurt. The yurt is very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bean bags were a fun addition. There was also a lovely breakfast for us. Everything we needed was considered and provided by the hosts. We really enjoyed this glamping experience!

The yurt was beautifully presented, spacious, comfortable and set in a beautiful location. We loved the animals, kangaroos, ducks and the sounds of all the birds at sunset. We had the most relaxing 48 hours, which was exactly what we needed.

The yurt did get a little warm in the heat of the middle of the day, and the aircon didntt help much. Was wonderful to sit outside with the breeze, but inside was very warm.

Everything! The place was fantastic, great views, super clean, lovely text message from the owner as well. I enjoyed my time, the lighting and the bed was super comfortable. I have little to suggest as an improvement.

The only suggestion I could provide is provide for a hairdryer and maybe olive oil / salt and pepper. These are very minor suggestions as the owner provides a full breakfast for guests. The place is absolutely stunning.

Excellent location in a natural setting with an abundance of wildlife at your door. Pack light, they have thought of everything you will need for your stay - from a romantic picnic, bbq on your deck to a day trek or simply relaxing with a good book. The continental breakfast was delicious & very ample with fresh eggs, avocado, fruit & yoghurt included. Beautifully presented yurt with all the mod cons. A sprig of eucalyptus in the shower is the only thing that would have topped off our stay. Secured community & good communication with the host.

Yurt was beautiful. It had everything we needed. We'd been travelling for 3 weeks at this stage, so it was lovely to make a home cooked meal and chill. We also loved the board games. Our friends were in a neighbouring yurt, so they joined us for a night of board games. Also, when we returned to the yurt on our second evening after a day out, we were greeted by about 10 kangaroos on our lawn.
