Property was absolutely spotless and had everything you would for a short stay. It is a self catering type room. We were comfortable, linen and towels were fresh. We enjoyed ourselves in Rockhampton and did a lot of walking as some locations were very close. For breakfast we used Cafe Bliss in the next street. We would stay at Hampton Villa if we are in the area. Its a well run professional establishment. There is a restaurant next door which makes delicious Indian food.

A simple, old yet clean room that served us well on our stay. Housekeeping visited regularly and did a great job, and the other staff were very friendly. Had lots of spare carparks on the property for guests to use, and a decent pool!

There a few little things that could be fixed up, like the shower door not sealing and swinging open, and a bit of old build up in the kettle, and keys that were a bit tricky to open the door with, but all things that you'd find at most motels.

Owner and manager along with staff were nothing short of accommodating, pleasant and professional. I recommend anyone to stay at this motel due to their demeanour towards their occupants!! 10/10

Manpreet was exceptional he made sure our stay was 100% comfortable and trouble-free. Our room was clean, and ready when we arrived. I will book again next time we are in Rockhampton. He treated us like VIPs—easy parking and convenient as we travelled via car. He looked after us and made sure our stay was amazing

No faults there to didn't like. Everything from the booking and room was perfect

We found the blanket was wet when we got it out of the cupboard. I phoned reception, and they came immediately with 2 clean blankets and cleaned the cupboard where the fridge had leaked. I am very happy with how this was resolved.

We were happy with the cleanliness, but the shower hose leaked and sprayed water all over the floor. This property was good value on the whole.

The facilities are a bit old, but nice and clean overall. Neat and comfortable. Location is close to everything needed.

The curtains do not close entirely, leaving light streaming into the room. This kept me awake as I'm not used to sleeping with any lights on. Second night used a sleeping mask and had a great night's sleep.

The room was excellent. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were great. There was plenty of room. There was plenty of hot water when showering.

The bathroom didn't match the rest of the space. The taps had the fronts missing and the base had been painted black and looked shabby.

The shower on the wall was in pretty average condition. It worked no problem but it was all loose and the hot/ cold taps were all loose. As was the dunny roll holder. It wont take long to fall off the wall.

Good size room, parking available, pool, washing mashine & dryer available ($5 washing machine & $3 for 40min for dryer) owners are very polite & helpful, only booked for 2 nites but ended up staying 6, good location, easy to walk places, lots of takeaway restaurants within walking distance as well as Coles supermarket, also pubs offering meals

Couldn't watch all channels on TV as reception terrible even rescanning channels did nothing

Rockhampton's cheapest motel deal but the quality was great. A basic, very clean room. Very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again.

Being on the main Bruce Highway (convenient for an overnight stop) meant there was some traffic noise, but nothing too much to bear.
