easy to access, allow late bookings

The greeting from the staff at 23:00 was a delight to be welcomed to. My son and I had been driving for 10 hours and were not the pleasant to be around but she was courteous and helpful. When cleaning staff were coming by they where quiet and greeted us both with a "good morning".

Other quests smoking outside my room, when myself and my son came out a person was standing outside our window and numerous cigarette butts in the ashtray outside my room. I am a non smoker

Location was great, on the main highway making it an excellent spot for a stop during a road trip. Food was a plenty surrounding the motel as well. They had pamphlets with the nearby restaurants and it was very helpful (I ended up getting dinner from one of them). Bed was super comfy, well equiped room. Curtains were great to block out the lights from outside. Wifi was strong and didn’t have any problems with it.

There was always a noise coming from external sources and the bathroom light made a obnoxious noise when turned on. Some extra cutlery in the rooms would be amazing. Also there was no other lock on the main door except for a basic chain lock which I didn’t feel safe with as people could still open my door slightly and peer in if they wanted to.

The hosts are caring, helpful and friendly at all times. An excellent place to stop for a night or two while travelling.

The smell of smoke from other people smoking but would not stop me staying.

She had a special parking spot reserved for us since we were towing an 8x5 box trailer.

Was a bit cool and wanted to warm up the place with the Aircon. Had it set to 30 degrees and was just blowing cool air ☹

The location was great! The room was as much as we would expect for the price, clean and comfortable with the benefit of a mini kitchen with toaster, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Being close to fast food outlets was a real bonus.

The price was good for the family as it was mainly for us to sleep as we had events on throughout the day kids used the pool couple of times had fun

No plates or cutlery in the room but was no problem when we asked for some so no real problem we got what we asked for so still good service

The manager was really nice and accomodating to our needs we arrived 30mins earlier and our room was ready and waiting for us Basic but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay

No real undercover and tight squeeze parking so when it rains it is wet just outside your door which made it difficult to load up car but it was just our bad luck with the weather during our stay

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge and basic cooking facilities too.

Slightly pricey for what it was but still very comfortable and well located so can’t complain about the price really!
