Location was very quiet The guy at the front was awesome Knew exactly who I was before I even told him It was nice to come back to a clean apartment Which I didn't know they did it as most hotels dnt until U leave So thank you for our awesome stay We definitely will be staying again

The thing was the shower The way it's been done there was water everywhere and the shower head wasn't very good as soon as you turned it on water went everywhere and wasn't enough towels or floor mats and definitely need to change the toilet paper and there was no dish strainer I had to put the tea towels down to put the dishes on to dry

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and river walks. The Cafe downstairs was a great option for breakfast. Staff were very friendly, we were able to check-in a bit earlier due to our room being ready, we were offered a late check out at no cost but didn't need it. Plenty of secure parking which was great.. Bed was clean and comfy..

The pool area is in need of major work ,the area is not the safest but pool was clean. The dinning table in our room needs to be thrown out as it was very sticky and had splinters, the couch in the room was heavily stained also, other than that we did enjoy our stay..

The cafe downstairs was a lovely surprise with great food it's a shame it isn't open for dinner. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help, and the location of property was great.

The room was not clean when I checked in. Someone had used the toilet, and it was a shock to check in and find out it was dirty. To make things even worse the toilet brush was broken. The wardrobe doors need something to allow them to open without struggling.

I have stayed at CBD executive apartments three times now. I have found the room to be extremely clean on each occasion, quality bed and pillows. Love the large spa bath, perfect after a days travel. Also it is not on the main road so you don’t hear all the trucks going by and get a good nights sleep. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, will be staying again on my next road trip to Airlie, highly recommend.

Good central location. Friendly office and room service staff, 1 bedroom unit is spacious and well eqipped. Three air-conditioning units give flexibility to air flow. Fully equipped, kitchen, king bed and large couch made our stay very comfortable.

Small but additional items would be table mats and drink coasters to protect furniture. The 2nd tv in bedroom is appreciated but a higher definition and wall mounted would be great. /

The only thing I would like to say was that I wasn't able to use Netflix, stan or Disney plus due to it not loading on the TV. At the end of the day it wasn't the end of the world and I was not in the room for all that long for it to be an actual issue.

Close to everything we were doing in rocky, Lock up car park, restaurant downstairs for breakfast and lunch, air con that works. free internet.

No shower door or curtain, so shower water sprays all over floor in room we were in.

Great room, well appointed and spacious. Great restaurant, serves fantastic well priced breakfast. Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

WIFI only worked on first night, stopped working the next day. Shower was poorly designed with open panel on one side so water was leaking everywhere. For some reason, the shower shelf was a swivel platform, so you couldn't put anything on the shelf without it falling, other than that, bathroom was clean and modern.

We stayed in one bedroom apartment, it was spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen and I like that there’s an area set aside as a study. Large bathroom with separate shower and spa bath. The hotel restaurant serves fantastic breakfast. Pity restaurant not open for dinner, would love to try it.

During our stay, the wifi didn’t work at all. Disappointing since they advertise fast internet. We had to use our mobile phone for connectivity, which isn’t ideal.

Surprisingly the room was probably the best fitted out of my whole trip. Had a near full size kitchenette with a small cooktop, big sink, full size fridge etc. View was decent from the top floor. Room was modern and spacious. Reception staff were friendly on check in.

Road outside the hotel queues up due to the traffic lights so can be annoying trying to leave if you've parked out the front. Only got one room key, which was fine for us. Carpark entrance is at the rear laneway and carpark is very tight, you need the key first to get into it though. Shower has no door so water went all over the floor during showers. No one was in reception on checkout. I did knock on the door but no one came out.
