The owners were really friendly, helpful and caring. The housekeeping staff were really friendly, helpful and caring too. After the housekeeping staff Melissa alerted Narelle to the fact that my daughter and I hadn’t returned for the night after a dance competition, Narelle called my mobile with concern if we were ok. My daughter has Epilepsy and she had had too many seizures for me to drive safely back to McNevins Motel so we had to stay at the competition venue that night instead. Narelle said not to worry about rushing back to check out, just to take our time as she was more concerned about my daughter and myself. Great room, very clean and tidy and the staff were great. The location suited us but was a bit hard to find as we put the street address into Google and it took us to the wrong location, after to staff about it we were told to use the name in Google which we did and had no more problems

We could not fault the room and the staff were great. At the time the resturant was closed due to a lack of a chef, I hope this changes in the future as we will be returning.

The staff were amazing, room had ensuite, large fridge, dining table and chairs, lounge area with large screen TV...... Beds were comfortable, and whole unit was very clean with all kitchen items. Air conditioned and pool was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here as was close to Sirromet Winery and had everything I could have asked for.

super comfortable bed!!!! was happily surprised we had a spa bath in the our bathroom . the room was spacious, clean and had all the comfortable extras!

I felt the room had a strong smell of bleach. but at least it was clean. some people would probably be fine with that smell?!

I stayed in the 2 bedroom family apartment, which was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Rachel at Reception was particularly helpful.

There was a hum of traffic as would be expected as located along the highway.

The two managers and their sausage dogs were so friendly and nice. They were very welcoming and suggested good attractions for us during our trip. Even the cheapest room had a fridge, TV (with Netflix and YouTube), microwave, hairdryer, kettle and an iron. The location is good because it was next to the highway and in between Brisbane and Gold Coast. Eventhough it was next to the highway, it was not loud at all. Definitely would recommend!

A few of those things I screw my nose up at only because I'm a cleaner also and that's dirty aircon exhaust fans and I really don't like spiders nd their webs, and them old hair dryers have to go seriously I'm scared one will blow up on me they go all red then no air coming 🤗 other than that it was great,will go back if needed🙏

We went for a wedding, and although we booked for two nights, we only spent one night there. The beds were so comfy. The motel itself is great, but we didn’t know the area and got lost several times, so it was a bit hard for us to find. The GPS didn’t work

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The staff were friendly, the guests were friendly.

Room was a little dated but very good overall. Surprisingly quite considering closeness to the highway. Comfortable bed and A/C working fine. Hotel ground were quite nice. Great pool.

Carport was a bit low for our vehicle.

position ,large car park, very friendly staff and helpful. we parked our caravan in front of the office. Clean with comfortable bed, love the extras like biscuits and bottled water. Facilities looked really nice , unfortunately didn’t have time to use
