It was a great location with easy access to beach, shops and free bus to Noosa. Lovely views from two balconies. Staff were very helpful. Air conditioning in two of three rooms was especially essential as the weather was very humid.

There was no airconditioning in the top room. And it was very hot (36 degrees) for the guests. The small tower fan did not offer much relief. We had specifically booked this location for air con so addressed it with the staff, who quickly got onto it and organised rentaing a portable air con for the room. Cords hanging down from main TV was unsightly and wouldn't be safe if young children were staying. Surprising considering it was a penthouse apartment.

We stayed at La Mer ( Apt 8) for a week in mid June2023 and we would highly recommend it. Location amazing - right across the road from the beach, the local shops ( cafes/ restaurants/ other) and in a quiet location too. The apartment was spacious and clean, large kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need, washing machine & dryer, large balconies with table/ chairs so you can eat brekkie enjoying the morning sun and views. The management ( Lea & Jake) were very friendly and helpful. Deck chairs you can borrow to take to beach (and for the kids- sand toys: buckets/ spades etc etc - we didn't need this but thought this was a nice touch). We loved our week here and will definitely be coming back and staying here.

The wardrobe for main bedroom was in the bathroom.

La Mer Sunshine beach exceeded expectations on every level! I was amazed at so many things! Location! Views! Space! Cleanliness! Honestly one of the most relaxing stays I have experienced! Equally - I couldn't wait to book again and bring my family and other friends! Location to restaurants, coffee shops, bottle shop, the beach and Sunshine Beach surf club was key - all within a 2 minute walk. Incredible! As we arrived late, communication with staff was friendly and fuss free and the stay was easy with all the privacy one would need. The buzz of Hastings street is less than 10 minute drive so the balance of quiet bliss and bustling, shopping fun is achieved easily. Eumundi markets is an easy adventure out with only a 25 minute drive. I highly recommend your stay here,

Not getting to share it with family and more friends. It's amazing.

The view of the ocean was amazing! Large rooms with great facilities and walking distance to club, cafes, beach etc

Our room was at the back of building and it was hard to find it at first with luggage and kids. The second bedroom & bathroom for the kids was locked when we got there. We had to call someone to come and open it after hours and then the door handle was still locked so if we closed the door, the kids would've been trapped inside.

Fantastic location - beach stairs across road. Easy drive into noosa beach as well. Good apartment - no.7. Could see ocean from verandah - although best to call them to check view before booking. Leah was welcoming, very friendly, helpful and organised - which makes all the difference. Have alternative key access if you are arriving late. The shops/cafes were out the back of apartments and beach out the front, surf club 50m away. Pool was ok and good for kids. Very relaxing holiday.

Lots of stairs to access from front. Its best to call the apartments before booking to find out which one is available in case you need to use the lift in back building. Also the lack of supplies - need more bin bags, soap etc. for 5 day stay. That was really annoying having one bin bag, 2 sachets of detergent and 1 soap per bathroom for 5 days. Given the price we were paying ....... the owner (not reception's fault) could spring for some more toiletries and cleaning products for guests. But that was the only thing. If you are going for more than 2 days don't expect to have much of that.

The location was brilliant and the staff were awesome.

I am being picky here and the only reason everything was not exceptional was the toilet seat was broken and kept moving and only had one towel for 2 people. Staff were quick to get a second towel.

The views were magnificent, you could wake up and see the ocean from your bed. All the apartments were a great size and suited our extended family perfectly.

We tried to eat in most night and there wasn't a huge range in the kitchen cupboards in terms of pots/pans and utencils but we got by :)

Absolute beachfront. Great views. Easy check in. Local restaurants next door. Surf club over the road. Just an uber into Noosa for dinner in Hastings St.

Older kitchen fit out but if a sea view is the priority in the greater Noosa area this fits the bill.

The location was amazing! Stunning ocean views within walking distance to the patrolled beach. Close walk for all the cafes / restaurants - so many options to choose. The surf club was also amazing for a meal. The apartment was comfortable for a family of four. We had a roof top area which was nice but no shade so we didn't really take advantage. Kitchen / laundry facilities were perfect for a holiday. The unit was a bit tired but perfect for our stay - it could have been a bit cleaner. There is a pool at the complex which we didn't use as we spent most days on the beach. The beach itself was lovely to walk on and you can walk all way to Noosa National Park if you're up for it. It was quiet and extremely relaxing which was exactly what we needed!

The view , listening to the waves . Very large space . Washing machine and dryer. Parking . And a kitchen .

Would have been nice to have matching pots with lids . The cooking pots need to be organized and someone needs to clean the oven .. whoever broiled meat in the place before , never cleaned the rack .
