Great location, clean spacious apartments, friendly staff

No wheelchair access to the pool area. There were two sets of stairs from the main foyer area but it would be more practical if one of them was a wheelchair accessible ramp. My client whom I travelled with couldn't access the pool and spa area which she was disappointed with.

great sized room, very very comfy bed and pillows. The location was great. Loved having the cafe onsite. I was so busy that I didn't get to try the pool - but it looked really inviting wish I had of had time.

The TV in the main room was not working - and that was the one with the movies, the TV in the bedroom only had limited channels (think it should be connected to the main system too). it was late and I just went to bed instead. Sadly the views looked great but in both of my rooms I only had a view of the carpark - I would have loved to have had a lovely view over the pool or the water.

The rooms were great and ease of access from Broadbeach and surrounds was good. Location was perfect for me.

I had complimentary breakfast but was not satisfied with the choices. Having only been given 1 slice of toast for breakfast is definately not sufficient for anyone wanting a good start to the day.

Spacious apartment, well appointed with a lovely deep bath. Great views of the river. Good location with a short walk to the main area of Broadbeach and the tram. Breakfast included was minimal selections but was fine to suit us as its from a cafe not a restaurant or buffet type style. A bar would be a nice addition.

The pool opens very early and some families ( only 1 or 2 ) using it were being very noisy with screaming children with no respect for people still sleeping. The noise travels very easily. Perhaps there needs to be better glazing on the glass to minimise noise? Or pool opening later. There was also a dog barking a lot. But these aren't the fault of the property.

The location was very good, and the accommodation and facilities were excellent

We booked through this site which indicated check in was available from 2pm until 11pm. We were on a flight that was delayed however arrived about 7pm only to discover that check-in was closed at 6pm. We had to contact the after-hours check in via a wall intercom and they then had to phone someone to help us. This took quite a while, and we began to feel uncomfortable about being late arrivals. We were also expected to have digitally checked in prior to arrival and despite attempting this, we were unable to as it wasn't working properly. We were asked to do this when the attendant arrived, and it took several attempts with 2 factor codes etc. This process seemed quite complicated and cumbersome, and I feel it lacked customer service. If staying here...make sure you arrive before 6pm.

- No accommodation information available. - Need to drive for grocery shopping or eat out meals. - Mildly musty smell of carpet in the corridor of my floor. - Staff is not always available.

I have always liked staying here, but generally stay as an Accor customer. But got such a good deal we jumped on it. The room was good but very disappointing there were no blinds/curtains in the bedroom. So at night it was like day and was very bright in the morning. On hols we don’t sleep in all mornings, but sometimes it’s noice to relax. Loved the motels close proximity to everything and a quick walk to the beach. Great location xxx

The room was quiet, cool and good curtains to block our light.

The breakfast was very basic that was incl. in our price. (I wouldn't bother to choose this option) It's a bit of a maze to get to your room from down stairs. The rose head in the shower could do with an upgrade....was very 80's and not a nice water flow. One of the kitchen cupboards doors was falling off too. This was our 3rd accommodation we stayed at for our holiday and was the most expensive....so maybe I was disappointed because I expected it to be better than the other ones.

I suggest that the Resort should do an assessment on the safety of the bath /shower. It is a high sided bath that you are required to step into and out and has a slip potential as there is no grab rail to support you as you step out wet and onto a tile floor. There was a slip incident that happen during our stay which thankfully didn't amount to more then a bump and dented pride. The only other issue was parking as when driving a longer 4WD you have to be mindfully of turning circle and tight parking spaces.

The location and facilities ticked all the boxes for our stay. Interaction with staff, housekeeping, barista from the coffee shop were all positive and helpful.

Unfortunately our ‘double bed’ was actually two single beds joined together and that made for a not so comfortable experience. I will be mindful in the future and request an actual double bed as opposed to two single out together.
