The stay at Avocado Sunset was excellent. Jilly & Mal, our hosts were lovely people whom welcomed us on arrival and served up the best ever breakfast the next morning. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the Safari/African themed room was also well presented. The view across the trees from the private balcony to the mountain ranges was superb. A very well presented place to stay with exceptional views.

There was only one thing that I would request as an improvement. There are more power points required on both sides of the bed for personal devices like sleep apnea machines, charging devices etc., as the current power points are full with bedside lamps, radios etc.

The room was very special. It had a living area and was decorated in a Thai theme with lots of beautiful things and art. It was also very private and comfortable. The shower was good too. The hosts were incredibly lovely people. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was yummy and very social with lots of other nice guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The view from the property was spectacular and the communal living room superb. Will definitely be back. Now the only place I want to stay at the mountain.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The view was amazing...so lovely. Breakfasts every morning could be ordered from a menu, as well as offering a choice of cereals, breads, fruit, juice, hot beverages and yoghurt and were yummy and filling. We generally didn't need more food until 3 in the afternoon! Run by beautiful people who were generous in nature and nurture. We loved our stay at Avocado Sunset Bed & Breakfast and would happily return next time we visit the area. Thank you Jilly and Mel.

Nothing.

From the amazing views in the well kept rooms, to the character and homely feeling of the communal lounge and dining area, everything was perfect. The large spa bath was a definite drawcard for us and did not disappoint! The hosts, Jilly and Mel, are delightful and will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They also cook a great breakfast and are incredibly knowledgeable about the area.

Jilly and Mel have been the perfect hosts at this amazing accommodation. We totally recommend this b&b too anyone wanting a romantic getaway or just wanting to unwind in the tree tops over looking beautiful sun swept valleys. The dining experience each morning is restaurant quality with a great selection to choose from. We will also give a shout out to Leo the friendly cat who sometimes drops by for a scratch under the chin. 🙂

Absolutely lovely host couple, which made a delicious breakfast every morning 😋 gorgeous view for sunset. spacious and very clean rooms, modern bathroom. With the car only minutes away from restaurants and many walks.

The Wifi-connection was not good, especially in our room

incredible B&B, the attention to detail in the rooms is highly appreciated, all the things you need and even what you didn’t think you would (and you won’t find in a hotel). The view, the property and the incredible breakfast made it a trip to remember! The hosts are real, friendly and inspirational.

There was nothing we didn’t like, will be back!

Above & beyond what we were expecting! Fabulous stay at this secluded little gem. Peaceful cosy home from home with a little magic & Spectacular views. We were made to feel very welcome during our short visit. Full serviced breakfast included was exceptional! We will definitely be returning

Wifi wasn’t working

Breakfast was made very quickly and quite tasty, various options on offer - toast with spreads, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee, a choice of a small hot menu option.

There isn't much to say here. May be only the bed, was a little hard for us & the room could have been a little warmer. However, it was August, so being winter, its always cold on the mountain. Next time, we'll try the room with the fire place.

Our stay at Avocado bed a breakfast was excellent. The owners are lovely people who pay attention to every detail to make their guests feel comfortable. The breakfast is exquisite and the beds are very comfortable. I recommend it 100%. Miguel was very happy with his happy birthday card ☺️
