Everything was better than many country motels we've stayed in. As a judge of Tourism Awards in a past life I've judged a lot of tourism facilities over the years and it's clear that management are not trying to reduce everything to the cheapest available. Incredibly spacious room. Quality towels & linen. Beautifully clean. Very comfortable beds & pillows with contemporary styling. A spa bath that worked well. Every little thing you need in a motel room, right down to the kettle, the toaster and the corkscrew - just in case you have a bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio with a cork in it, as did I! Even facility for us to park a second car & trailer off-street. Congratulations Country Gardens Motor Inn. Keep it up. You're killing the competition.(⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

clean large room with modern experience. strong hot water. the walls are brick and not so thin that i can hear the neighbour breath which is an issue in some motels. parking is spacrious and easy. lovely garden features. has a sense of privacy even if a motel. even though on a corcer the positioning of the build separates you from the traffic or any noise of that. two entries which ease traffic flow , from to back driveway. pretty and comfy in a sea of mediocre motels, dark block out curtains, good for sleeping late, and light and brigh feel so there is no dingy motel vibes

Management is so welcoming, felt like a second home. Place is super family friendly, the loft room had ample plus more room for our family of 5 and all the kitchen/cooking equipment I was able to make meals instead of eating out every night. Absolutely will book in again as we go to Toowoomba regularly. Just EPIC!!

nothing to not like

The room was really spacious. Well appointed little kitchenette area with a microwave, little cook top/oven and fridge. Bathroom had a shower and necessary toiletries in pump containers. We requested a quiet room and they kindly placed us at the back of the motel, set away from the main road. The motel is set in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The cost per night was excellent compared to many other similar motels. Walking distance to the local hotel where we enjoyed a delicious meal. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Room was comfy, close to amenities, bed was comforable, there was a couch and breakfast table and a separate desk. The bathroom soap shampoo and conditioner were all in pump packs on the walls. Plenty of coffee and tea for two days. The Reception staff member was informative and helpful and made a great breakfast too.

The front door was hard to pull shut and could probably do with a door stop bracket to stop it blowing closed in the wind. Otherwise everything was ok.

The Location was central to everything in Toowoomba. The room was exceptionally clean and staff in reception and cleaners were friendly and helpful. Of importance was the bed, which was very comfy and as Toowoomba is known for it's 'cool' weather, I really appreciated how the room was already warmed up as I arrived after hours. It's a friendly, family atmosphere at Country Gardens Motor Inn, and I shall return!

There was nothing I could find fault with. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy Toowoomba more.

This was by far our fave place we stayed on our 3 week road trip. Our kids were so stoked to arrive and find their beds were on the second story loft. The room was really big and clean. The welcome book included menus for local restaurants so getting take-out for dinner was really easy. The fridge was big. It was close to everything. Each room has a dedicated park right outside. There were three tvs. Good wifi. Easy to check out as we just left the key in the room.

Great location. Great price. Breakfast available at cost. Clean and tidy. Lots of room and floor space. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Lovely grounds. Nice decor. Our room had a queen bed and a single bed and a couch and a table. Would definitely stay here again and again

Everything was lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend and will be back. The spa rooms are absolutely worth it if you like a bubbly soak.

I did run low of milk and was a little disappointed that the delicious hotel across the road would not deliver to us. These are such minor things.

Close to the centre of Toowoomba but lovely and quiet. Accommodation was compact but nice and clean, adequately appointed and was just what we needed for a short stay. Excellent place to stay for families with 3 or 4 children as Loft rooms have multiple single beds.

Mattress was just OK but perfectly fine for 3-star accommodation.
