Location was very convenient for our purposes. Busy restaurant with generous meals. Bonus welcome drink. Good wine list. Very generous room size. And great bathroom shower. Quiet surroundings.

We attempted to check in at 2.50pm but the office was closed. Had to divert to the gaming lounge of the hotel proper. Although this was competently handled, it was a little disconcerting as the starting time for checking in was advised as 2.00pm. Possibly a staffing issue and the fact it was a Saturday contributed. Venue fronts a main thoroughfare. Approach to property requires planning.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains gave a good quality sleep. Spacious room. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a small fridge. Central, quiet location.

Smell of bleach was quite strong on entering the room. Maybe some air freshener would help this. Bathroom tap needed a new washer, but reported this to Reception.

would have been good to have a microwave in the room - although could have asked for one I believe. would have been good to have a movie Chanel or Foxtel. otherwise the room was very good value for money

The size f the unit exceeded expectations. It was clean and suited our party well.

We arrived at 4.40 pm Friday afternoon and had to go over to the hotel to check in, which took some time waiting around until the manager was located to book us in.

Location was great, driving distance to main shopping areas. Great dining area next door, a great place to meet friends. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service for an enjoyable breakfast. Have stayed before and will again.

Room was great size, check in was simple and fast, room service was quick and staff were very friendly. great parking, close to bottle shop and pub for food and drinks.

Had difficulty setting up portacot - it would be great if it could be set up before arrival. Also went to the hotel for dinner, which was full and we could not get a table or be given a time so ended up returning to our room and ordering room service because we couldn't hang around at the bar for a table to become available with a one year old child in tow. Perhaps during check in or when booking, the staff member could recommend to make a booking as it is usually very busy on weekends....

Great stay for 2 nights, spacious room with extra bed, large bathroom. Handy to dine at the local pub next door.

Quiet neighbours on the first night. Second night had loud neighbours on both sides, so had some noise. It just depends on the luck of the draw I guess.

Very helpful with arranging wheelchair accessible room and putting relatives in a room next door.The location was great for the pub and great idea having room service available. Would certainly stay again.
