Comfiest bed I've ever slept in.

Coffee mugs were not clean from previous stay. Had to wash them ourselves. May have been a simple error however was a bit off putting. Aircon filters were so clogged the air-conditioning wouldn't work and my husband pulled the filters out and cleaned them himself. The water afterwards was beyond putrid. Replaced the filters when dry and the aircon worked a lot better however flared my allergies up big time and it's very rare i get allergies! We tried calling the office phone a few times (it rang out saying no option to leave voicemail) and we tried knocking on office door and no answer either.

Exactly what was needed, comfortable bedding, clean room, quiet location, simple no fuss accommodation with some creature comforts. Extremely grateful Staff found and secured/refridgerated misplaced Medications, cannot thank you enough.

If anything to pick on, although expected to some degree with budget accommodation, there is some dated while comfortable factors(furniture) and wear'n'tear factors that I am sure will and or are known/being addressed, like carpet/door/entry point and in general a bit of a freshen up.

Staff were lovely. Location was beautiful overlooking the town and range.

Attention to cleanliness could have been better....mainly vacumning floor (beds can move easily - would suggest moving them to vacumn). 2 glasses would have been good and at least 1 each of knife, fork, spoon, teaspoon. The iron was cracked which almost ended in disaster for a new shirt! None of this detracted from the stay though. My boys loved the in house pets 💗.

I always come here when I'm racing at Morgan Park. It's my go to place to stay. Great price, location is close to a BP and then straight road to the tracks, really convenient. Plenty of parking room so that I don't have to leave my trailer on the road. Staff are always nice and have great hospitality. Would recommend.

Had the disability room. Walls are somewhat not as soundproof as it could be, so you can hear a lot of "activities" going on in the next room. Privacy could be an issue... especially if you don't want people to hear your bed talk. Keep this in mind when being placed next to the disability room or if you are in the disability room....wear ear plugs.

It was quiet away from the town and office was open till 9pm. It was very affordable for a quick stop over.

Was no milk or T bags in the room and the office had none to offer. Was disappointed at this and as we arrived late it was too late to drive 5klm to town to get one. 🥺

Big room , was great having a microwave . Bed was comfortable and nice hot water for a shower. The room was clean and perfect for our short stay.

Air conditioner / heater was a bit noisy when it starts up through the night. Starting to look a bit old and needing refurbishing.

Always good service. Consistency is key. They are always flexible with check-in times because I am coming from Brisbane after work sometimes so it takes me a while to drive to Warrick. They are also super responsive so if anything goes wrong or you have an enquiry they are quite good to get a hold of.

Beds roll a lot sometimes which is annoying but not much you can do.

Large, tidy rooms that met all my needs. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location! Only minutes to the town centre. All for a very affordable price. It was also very quiet with out the noise of traffic considering Warwick is on a trucking route

The room was large. It was well equipped, including a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. A little further out of town but the price was excellent.

The sofa was not comfortable. The TV screen was adequate. A bit bigger would have been better.

Later booking in time made our ability to stay easy. Affordable, friendly service and easy access to the room.

The room was a little dated. Pillows need replacing as staning with age.
