Great sized apartment with kitchenette and full size fridge. Beds were comfortable although pillows were flat and only 1 supplied per person. The location is fantastic with the beach right across the road and walking distance to IGA and the Lagoon & restaurants. Amazing views to wake up to with Great Keppel Is visible

They need towel rails. The little hooks meant our towels didn't dry out properly and were smelly by the 3rd day. Also there is a pub across the road that plays their music ridiculously loud & it could be heard from our room. We did stay there a Fri, Sat & Sun night though so it probably isn't like this during the week

Unfortunately, The smoke alarms with off on Friday night at 11:20 PM. The fire brigade was notified, but the local one in Japan was out on a call. So the one from Rockhampton had to come. The manager was called in the first 10 minutes but surprisingly knew nothing about it All residents were sitting in gutter across the road waiting for the fire bragree One resident who had been living there for 20 years said this is a common occurrence at least once a month because people go out on the town get quite drunk, come back and try and cook a meal But full asleep on the bed, the burnt food sends the alarm off Following morning there was no mention of anything in the office. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience.

Bayview Tower is straight across from the northern end of the Beachfront. It really is a great central base from which to explore the region. At the northern end of Yeppoon’s main beach it’s walking distance to pubs, restaurants, café’s, retail venues and shops. I stayed in a unit on the 8th (top) floor and the views of the islands, sea and main beach foreshore were spectacular. I could sit out on the balcony or enjoy the view from airconditioned comfort in the unit. The kitchenette was handy and the spacious unit was nicely decorated with an ocean theme. Everything was clean, new or in good condition. The mattress was really comfortable. My room was exactly like the photos on the website. Will definitely stay again next time we are visiting Yeppoon.

The exterior and balconies were being cleaned during my stay but the maintenance staff were polite, thorough and quick. Hardly noticed them.

I stayed in the premium queen room on the 4th floor.. the view was amazing… the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed and was clean. I left the curtains open the whole time as the view was stunning & to wake up every morning to see the ocean and morning sky was breathtaking. The room had a smart TV .. which I never ends up turning on.. The staff are friendly, and the Bayview is in the perfect location, everything within walking distance.

The pictures of the premium queen room shown on the website aren’t what you get.. I think these pictures are more of an apartment… which this room is not.. but the room is still renovated and clean.. with a kitchenette (no stove, no washing machine etc smaller fridge). Although I managed to get parking out back everyday, it is hit or miss… but there is a parking bay just across the road where you can easily park and looks safe.

1. The fact that should our toaster set off the fire alarm which was located almost above the kitchen - that we would need to pay $1700 C+ QFBS service fee. 2. Bathroom had only 1 hook for 3 bath towels & a hand towel. 3. one bulb out in bathroom making it quite dark. 4. bulb out on patio so unable to do anything out there that required light at night. 5. Kitchen & bathroom cupboards pretty ordinary for the price. 6. only one bedside table. 7. dining chairs were weird, saggy & uncomfortable although not at all worn looking

We had a room that had been refurbished and it was very fresh and comfortable. Location is excellent.

There is about 20 car parks for the whole property, 8 floors and approximately 7-8 rooms per floor level. When description mentions limited parking it is next to none. Whoever car seemed safe out the front and across the road. No wifi available in our room, was given another rooms logon but it was terribly slow.

Superior queen unit. The view is awesome. Unit was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. Nice staff. Smart TV was great.

Limited parking. Unit was renovated but little things were disappointing. We could hear kids in the unit above stomping and playing. Heard everything outside the door in the hallway. Bathroom was nice but shower/bath was dated and the ceiling was dirty. Windows and door out to the balcony were dirty hindering the view from inside. Balcony was small. Electrical wiring around the unit offered a trip hazard

Room was well set out compact

Not enough pillows. Refrigerator was in poor condition, broken shelving, fragile, no ice tray. The air con inside leaked down door and dripped all night. TV control not easy to use. Water dripped down from the unit above and flooded onto the patio. Shower tiles close to the floor needs grouting cleaned. Just minor things.

Loved the view from the room, it is in a spectacular spot. The facilities provided were great, plenty of space in the room. The powerboard on the bedside table is a fantastic idea, as I always find it is a struggle to get a charging point near the bed for my phone.

The wifi wasn't working too well which meant connecting to Netflix on the in-room TV was a little difficult. Beds were probably a little too soft for me, but if you like softer mattresses then it might be perfect for you!

Lovely view of the ocean from the (small) balcony. Decent sized kitchen with good facilities. Plenty of space. Friendly reception. Location was perfect--close to shops and beach.

Instructions for the air-conditioner would have helped since the windows in 2nd bedroom couldn't open. A sign showing where to park would also have helped. Swimming pool area was uninviting.
