Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and picked this area to be close to a beach without a lot of tourists. Great sized apartments. We stayed in a pool view apartment not knowing if the road side was going to be noisy . Everyone was very respectable with keeping noise to a minimum even when it got busier on the weekends. We had our own car to travel into town, the supermarket and to the marina.

The air conditioner wasn't cooling in the second bedroom so I sent a email directly to Lammermoor's when we left. No reply was received.

We were a late checkin and the staff were fantastic in letting us know how to access our room. We loved the 3 bedroom apartment and across the road was the beach! It was clean and modern. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms was perfect for us. There was secure, undercover parking as well. We had washing to do after staying on Fraser Island for a week so the top loading washing machine and the dryer were a welcomed addition. Beds were incredibly comfy as were the pillows. If you were to ask my kids what the best bit was, it would be the wifi. If you were to ask my husband what he liked most, it would be the pay TV station. And for me, the best bit was the shower. The nice hot shower with amazing pressure. We liked this apartment so much, we thought about buying the apartment that was for sale.

The pool was cold. Not that big of a deal for us since the beach was right there.

Perfect location straight across the road from the beach and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom ocean facing unit which was amazing. Super comfortable rooms with all the home comforts you could need for a family. It was so good we booked to return in January

Nothing at all we were very happy with our accommodation even though there's no reception on site they were contactable via phone call.

The unit was beautifully styled and a great location across the road from the beach. The kitchen and laundry were well fitted out and anyone could comfortably stay for weeks. The swimming pool was great and a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing and exploring Yeppoon and Rockhampton.

1) The mattresses on all beds were very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. 2) There were no curtains in any of the bedrooms resulting in too much light filtering in during the night, for both bedrooms. 3) The lights in the corridor (for all the other neighboring units) outside the units front door, were on throughout the entire night making it difficult to sleep. 4) It would have been nice if the unit had a set of plastic cups/glasses for us to be able to take drinks to the pool.

The location across from the beach was fabulous. The size of the unit was great for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication was excellent. The pool was a little chilly but looked like it would be nice in Summer. A small range of toiletries, washing liquid and dishwasher powder were supplied. Parking was excellent.

Sliding door to the main bathroom didn't close and left a fairly large gap. With no screens on the windows, the flies and bugs were able to enter freely.

Great location and facilities. Clean, tidy unit and great communication regarding check in etc. The beds are so comfortable! There was everything you'd need for a lovely family visit. Thank you, we hope to return again!

We were unable to lock the security gate outside our unit as it didn't appear to lock. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Thank you.

The unit was comfortable, and the air conditioning was good. It was a very hot weekend.

Communication with guests. No onsite managers. Difficult if things aren't quite right. Luckily, everything seemed to be okay. We wanted an extra carpark, but there wasn't anyone to ask if one of the empty carparks could be used. The people who answered the after hours number, told me to go to reception, but there was never anyone at reception.

The kitchen had everything you needed to feed the number of guests and plenty more. There was great space everywhere in the 2-bdrm unit. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows. The view was good - we had a pool view which was still pleasant.

We couldn’t get into our appointed parking space underneath the building - more suitable to a small car rather than a large car being right at the end of the row and no turning space. Apart from that, was great accommodation.

Beautiful open 3 bedroom apartment over looking the beach. Perfect for family. Lovely pool and so close to everything. Fully self-contained and had everything we needed. The spa in the master bedroom was a lovely treat!

The sliding doors in the master bedroom and bathroom had come off their runners and were very heavy to move ( so we didn't close them). Also, the other toilet didn't latch or lock. But apart from those little things was great!

The location was great and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool and BBQ area were great and offered enough space to cater for our large family group.

Checking in was confusing and finding our rooms was not explained. The map in the check- in envelope should show where rooms are not only your parking spot. There are no vents working in any of the bathrooms so your bathroom becomes very steamed up after shower. Toilet was the same. Needs to be addressed.
