Location was first class right in the centre of everything

Room was a bit old and tired but still spacious and comfortable

We were a bit apprehensive after reading negative reviews about this place but it was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located in downtown Adelaide, we were able to catch the airport bus to a stop that was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing...just a short walk from the pedestrian only Rundle Mall and there were loads of bars/restaurants nearby. Staff here was very helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage here on our last day while we went sightseeing around the city which was appreciated.

I always stay here when I’m in Adelaide. The staff are very friendly and especially on my check in this visit the lady went out of her way to get me checked in even though I was early. I really appreciated that and she was lovely. I love it is inexpensive and suits all my needs. I booked a family room for just myself as I wanted a bath.

The spa bath vent holes were very mouldy I understand that the housekeeping staff have limited time and are under pressure but a scrubbing brush around the outlets and a. It if bleach was needed. But otherwise they do a great job.

Great location for a night out with your friends and excellent value for money. Kind staff and comforting rooms, we were more than accommodated for with adequate towels, soaps and utilities.

Despite having stayed here numerous times before, my friends did notice a few minor stains in the bathtub and discoloured water initially coming from the bathroom sink.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Good rates, free Wi-Fi, clean and spacious family room and beds were comfortable. Outstanding service, our host Lindy was wonderful, she was very friendly and went out of her way to help us with an issue and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Booking.Com stated on their website that there is parking, but parking is not available at the hotel, which was a little disappointing. But parking is available directly across the road from the hotel, and parking rates were discounted though the hotel. Also the elevator was out of service at the time of our stay due to repairs, but our room was on the second level so wasn't too much of an issue.

The location and the helpfulness of the staff. The lift wasn’t working when we arrived. However it was within 48hours. Now fully replaced.

Does need an upgrade of some of the facilities. Our bathroom door has swollen and exposed wood which is taking in moisture. Basic amenities could be improved ie peppermint tea, a cloth to wipe the table and kettle bench over would be useful. Be aware there is some noise overnight Friday and Saturday nights as the club goers move around. Does wake you but doesn’t continue for long.

It’s a great central location for seeing all the sights, easy to get to train, bus or tram. The room was great, large, with fridge and kettle. Really good hot water for showering. Tea coffee creamer and sugar included. Easy to get a meal with hundreds of eateries open in the city. Staff were great and friendly.

I didn’t have any issues. It can be noisy outside on Friday or Saturday night but it didn’t interfere with my sleep. Some people might prefer to bring earplugs but 8 had no issues.

Lindy on reception was amazing. She was very accommodating and made us feel like one of the family. After we checked out we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel, and they have a great little room just off reception with some couches, tv and tea/coffee that we could use until our flight. Will certainly give Lindy a call when we next visit Adelaide... thanks Lindy for your hospitality.

Room and hotel is quite basic, but it was clean, room was large and was great value.
