My 3yr old son loved the jumping pillow and played on it everyday. I loved that the cabin was clean and comfortable. We also were upgraded which was a bonus!

I was keen to do a load of washing but was unfortunately caught out as the machines only accepted coins. I couldn't get change from the kiosk as I didn't have any cash on me. I had to get cash out the next time I left the park, and then find somewhere that could change a note into coins as the kiosk was going to be closed by the time I was heading back. Nothing major but it was definitely an inconvenience at the time. Hopefully you can accept card payments for the machines in the near future or even install a change machine. Thankyou

The grounds and beach fantastic

As a budget cabin( 172 a night ) the cabin was clean but outdated , the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner/heater is on top of the wardrobe, it’s doesn’t quite reach the room, but that’s was ok .had to move the tv out from in front of it, there was a dirty sock under the bunk bed with a folded sheet, an old bread bag tag stuck under tap handle, but they were minor issue but my problem was with the bathroom ,the door doesn’t close and it’s got a big gap at the bottom ‘ but it’s a very musty wet smell ( like it’s been wet and not dried) the window could use a though clean , and no security door so could leave door open , and had to lock ours self in of a night because no lock on door , apart from that overall good , wouldn’t call the price budget 5/10

Great location so close to the beachfront and Semaphore shore. Good on site facilities, the canteen , laundry and swimming pools were good and helpful staff on site.

Our cabin could have done with a deep clean. Lot's of dusty areas on top of shelves and cupboards that obviously don't get cleaned and lots of small ants crawling over the kitchen sink and cutlery.

I was very happy that we were upgraded from a budget cabin to a superior, as a repeat customer it was a very nice surprise.

As the cabins are getting on in years there were a few things that might need some repairs for example the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a bit of a rattel, the couch was a bit stained maybe a couch cover that can be removed to be cleaned might be a good idea, some more power points in the bedrooms would be good since all the kids have devices that need charging at night, the kettle leaked a bit when pouring and lastly the magnet on the shower screen didn't work so the door would come open if bumped making water go over the bathroom.

The location is amazing! The view of the sea from our back deck in the beachfront cabin was incredible! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff are warm and accommodating and make you feel like family. The whole atmosphere of the park was awesome, everyone friendly and happy and the park itself is clean with lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

Location beautiful closes to the beach and easy to access. Pet friendly was much appreciated. Communication from venue great txts even for a coffee van in the AM on site.

Bed was uncomfortable slopped into the middle. Standard room san fittings were just that quite standard - but the upside was it was pet friendly and I could have me dog with me.

We very grateful to have been able to stay in a cabin with our Dog. It is a great location, large comfortable cabin and the grass area was right next to us for easy access with my dog. Thanks for having us

The pet friendly cabin floor was a bit dirty and sticky as well as the table top.The microwave also smelled really bad of previous heated food before we arrived.

Great location, the park is a great size not too big so it was perfect for us to have the kids running around and with access to the beach it was perfect! Semaphore beach is stunning, clean and not overly populated The cabin was neat and tidy and had the additional requests we had asked for! The ice cream truck that makes his way around at nighttime was great! Real hit with everyone and what a cool option for a beach stay! We experienced both warm weather and heavy rain for two full days on our stay and the heating and cooling didn’t skip a beat making the stay very comfortable!

Staying for 5 days it would of been great to have some extra tea towels, garbage bags and dish cloths in the room, all of which I’m sure we could of asked reception for if we really needed but we had travelled with some extras with us having a baby travelling with us

Absolutely amazing! Lovely staff! My son is Autistic. One of the saff members happily let my son sit on the cart for a bit as my son kept running after the golf carts and then self harming when he couldn’t get on it. Absolutely amazing man! And we can not wait to see you when we come back!! I do hope this does not get him in trouble! He only let my boy sit in the golf cart for a couple minutes. I just have to let you guys know what an amazing employee he is and we will most definitely be back because of this man!!

The staff were great & friendly. The kids loved the pool, jumpy pillow & karts.

In the room itself it needed to have a few items upgraded. Cabin 76. The mop was old, rusted & broken. The toaster & kettle were very old & could use replacing. I won't get a studio cabin again as the fold out single lounges were so uncomfortable & the kids hardly got any sleep. We missed out on the pay 3 nights stay for 4 due to it being on the 1 weekend that it wasn't available which was extremely frustrating as it was our first trip back since before covid.
