There are a few bad reviews on here but I'm not sure people are realising that this is NOT a 5 star hotel. The rooms need a bit of a revamp but this is reflected in the price. I paid $140 and the room was tidy, spacious and comfortable, and even had a spa!! There is an indoor pool and a lovely lake. Free parking. Room service and free coffee the next morning. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel with all the bells and whistles, this is not for you. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, spacious room with free parking, a spa in the room and close to a main road for accessibility, this place is fine.

Very nice and helpful staff, quick check-in process. The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool. The bathroom in my room had a jetted tub. Additionally, the bathroom also had a shower.

The hotel swimming pool needs renovation and is missing ceramic tiles. The internet doesn't always work, and when it does, the speed is slow. Near the hotel there is a pond with numerous birds, the stench of which sometimes reaches the hotel. At night you can see rats running around the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's not a pleasant experience.

The room was a little 'dated' but certainly not in desperate need of a makeover, and it was larger than I expected. The airconditioner worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all the room was spotless - so 5 stars to the cleaners - and the sheets and towels were good quality and looked new. The reception staff were polite and efficient.

Because the rooms are around a courtyard, you can hear people talking out there so it could potentially be noisy if there is a function on. Very early one morning there was also a lot of traffic noise for around an hour, and then it went quiet again. I didn't notice this on any of the other mornings so perhaps it was garbage day? Overall, given the location, it was very quiet inside the room.

Lovely staff 10/10 for customer service , the cleaning lady was really nice, kept the room serviced daily very close & a short walk to shops,supermarket hotels etc and a short drive to some lovely beaches, nice quiet spaces to sit and have a quiet drink or a read in the sun, indoor pool , plenty of onsite parking Good restaurant, nice meals ,tea & coffee & jug/fridge in the room , hotel has a gaming room onsite The location for us was perfect, we'd stay here again.

This is only a 3 star hotel and the room reflected that but otherwise it ticked all of our boxes

Nice spacious room with a comfy bed. Good location for where we had to be. Was a bonus having a restaurant on the premises. The grounds are very picturesque. We'd stay here again.

We booked a Queen spa room and it looked like a corner, 2 person spa in the photos, but it was really only for one as the corner was solid. The room could do with a refresh, it's a bit tired and where our room was located, was quite noisy in the mornings as it was close to the cleaner's storage and they were chatting loudly outside in the corridor/tunnel, which was not ideal after 2 late nights...I did mention it to the staff at checkout though.

Gorgeous location with a pond overflowing with ducks and other water birds, the accomodation was clean, warm and everything needed including a desk for work. I ate at the restaurant 4/5 nights, sometimes taking the meal in my room and the food was brilliant!! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Cleaning staff left me a bowl and spoon when noticing I was eating museli in the mornings. Honestly exceeded my expectations and if work takes me back that way I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Nothing. Some rooms are upstairs (suited me) but if your not inclined for stairs perhaps ask for a ground room.

Being removed from the city, the courtyard and atmosphere was incredibly peaceful given the sunny weather. Excluding not having washing facilities (which is splitting hairs) it was a lovely stay.

Watching facilities on hand would be a lovely addition. We were also missing an aircon remote but circumvented the issue by looking up the manual for the model of AC and found a way to manually turn it on.

Notice re room service mentioned Lunch and Dinner only. I thought this meant that no breakfast was available. Maybe a notice to explain that meals were available in the dining room including breakfast. I went elsewhere for breakfast but realised later when I dined in the dining room for dinner that I could have had breakfast there. Also, I left at 6 am and as the door through the main entrance was locked, did not know what to do with my key. Perhaps that could be explained at arrival, or a notice in the room. (I put mine in the door). Room/furniture beginning to look a little jaded but didn't detract from it.

The lovely clean and private room provided a relaxing and comfortable space. The beautiful surroundings of gardens and a small lake with ducks and birds was a lovely added touch. There were old farm carts in the garden and an old well that fit the aged buildings of the original winery.

There was a slight mouldy smell from the bathroom drain but keeping the door shut stopped it spreading into the room. The room above or next to me did use the spa late on Sunday night which I could hear but it didn't stop me from sleeping at all

Bed was very comfy, room was clean and great. Plenty of towels. Bathroom and supplies was great. Great service.

Had no flyers or menu or welcome to our venue as a guest folder to see what's available for dinner/services or ideas for area. As many Hotels do with a user folder of the venue offering safety/advice/contact numbers and what's available or surrounds. Had no menu for venue or services. Had to google it.
