New hotel, so everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Rainfall shower head, comfy bed and a full size fridge, 2 burner electric stove top, mini oven and dishwasher. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great for accessing freeway - much easier than trying to navigate out of central Caroline Springs (you conveniently miss all the roadworks, roundabouts and work traffic). Good range of restaurants and a supermarket downstairs. Parking is only $8 per day and in a secure parking area with keycard access and CCTV.

If you’re sensitive to noise, the lakeside is much quieter than the rooms overlooking the shopping centre car park. The doors connecting adjoining rooms aren’t very soundproof either, so can be a bit noisy if someone loud checks in next door. This only happened on the last night (otherwise, was very quiet and peaceful).

Location was great. Excellent customer service by the room servicing staff, especially acknowledge KK, she was great and very helpful. We had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable 10-night stay.

We had the superior 2-bedroom dual key rooms. One of the rooms hadn't been cleaned. I contacted reception who advised that cleaners would be available the next day so we couldn't use the one bedroom apt the night we checked in, which was an inconvenience. The apartment had a wonderful view of the lake but the balcony was very dirty (cobwebs and dusty) so couldn't be used as much as we would have liked.

Comfortable, spacious, clean apartment. Peaceful view across the lake. Convenient for visiting family in Melton West, and Uber ran an easy service to downtown, <5 minute wait. Reception were really helpful, to set up sofabed for grandson to stay over

Jetwashing of deck below my window started at 06:30, so no chance to sleep in that day! Shower shampoo bottle was empty. Could do with more information about the Android TVs - how to switch to live TV, how to use Prime, Netflix etc. Was a bit hit & miss.

The apartments are exactly as seen on the photos which is a plus, the worse is when the photos are better than the actual place. The staff were also very polite and pleasant. Location was perfect for our stay sitting right in the middle of both places travelled to, not forgetting the numerous shops and dinning spots close by. Definitely will be staying here again.

Overall the property was great! The only minor downfall was the bedding (blankets, pillow cases) not being as clean as they could have been. The blankets and pillows had stains on them, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Location and Affordable

After hours location of the Key tap on system, into Security Car Park Entrance. We felt totally locked out and called main Phone of Punthill Apartment. Security came to let us into the cart park and showed us the outback of hours entry system. It was not highlighted by signs or lighting, and so far behind the drive on a dark wall. Not great End too a wonderful day at our sons wedding. (Please highlight this for future status, to avoid arguments amongst clients)

Quiet, comfortable well appointed room, personal feel, furnishings made sense, use of small space v good, didn't feel small. Liked the decor. Nice that sushi Dan's and a shop were just downstairs very handy. V nice guy at the desk, personable intelligent and very helpful.

We booked a room as a couple but there was only one wine glass, we had to go hunting for another and the nice man at the desk had no more! We weren't told about the times that the shops downstairs closed on a Sunday or any other days.a little card with hours on it would have been informative as we had been travelling all day and were charging phones. There wasn't any ordinary breakfast tea supplied. Not everyone likes herbal tea! Could have done with some tea mugs instead of drinking coffee from a tumbler glass. The details are important to make an apartment hotel feel like a home away from home. A few complimentary biscuits for coffees aren't going to break the bank but would make a big difference to the overall welcome and feel.

The location was convenient and the staff member at reception was very helpful.

I was sent the same SMS 3 times as part of the pre-check-in process, which was annoying. One of the bath towels had a big brown stain on it. There was no soap for the bathroom basin. The traffic along the busy road outside was rather too noisy. The hallways were very hot because it was a hot day and night, but a bit of air-conditioning would have helped.

Loved the location, the convenience of having shops on the ground floor and accommodation on the second floor. Amazing apartment, well fitted out and just so comfy.

We paid a $250 cleaning fee for having our dog with us, but the apartment wasn't even clean to start of with. Found the cleaning fee a bit too much and wouldn't have stayed here if I was just staying for one night.

The whole hotel was very relaxing, both reception area and of course the room. Everything was as pictured online and was very luxurious in terms of the design/style. Bed was comfy and huge which I loved! Balcony was great, and all facilities like the bathroom and kitchen were fantastic. Everything was very accessible - there was a laundry room available for use, and on the ground floor there were a few shops including an IGA which was incredibly handy! I was exhausted and didn't want to drive so to just jump in the elevator to get groceries was the best. My room also had a lovely view of the lake which I loved. The room itself is quiet and well sound-proofed, and the curtains and lighting options are really great for winding down and having a great rest. Oven and stove were great, I even had a mini dishwasher however I didn't use it. Also, parking was available and staff gave great instructions on how to get there - easy access to the hotel from the car park too. Overall it was a great stay, I felt super relaxed, the room was lovely, staff were kind, and location is great.

Everything was pretty great, the only minor thing which isn't a big issue was it would have been good to have a few basic kitchen condiments (olive oil/salt/pepper) - but really wasn't a big deal as IGA was so close. A bit confusing upon arrival as the hotel reception location isn't obvious but you just simply take the elevator up to reception (I called reception to ask and staff were super helpful).

Very clearn, tidy and comfortable.

Only let down on room design was bathroom door was very awkward and got in the way preventing easy entry to use toilet or shower. Literally had to sidle up beside toilet, close door, and then proceed to either go to toilet or to the basin. Very awkward and I can imagine for an older person or frail person, it would be extremely uncomfortable.
