This is my second stay here and again, meets my expectations in every way. Room was comfortable and clean, ample of space to move around and facilities were top notch. The two receptionists that served me (one at check-in and one at check-out) were very friendly and catered to my needs. The extra inclusions made the stay extra worthwhile and value for money; they were late check out at 1pm and a bonus $15 food/drink credit to spend on convenience items at the reception area. Hands down will stay again in the future!

The bedroom area was so bright and it would have been good to have a pole/hook to close the curtains (as they were too high up) but we could only close them half way and the bathroom was so bright and hot it would be nice to have some blinds in there or even on the door separating the bathroom to the bedroom as it made the room bright which isn't always bad but if you want to have a nap it is, so just to have the option to stop the light would be good! Overall the place was amazing and clean and we really liked it we just weren't a fan of the bright room on one of the days when we wanted a nap but definitely a lovely place and close to everything we needed

It was a lovely hotel to stay in. Close to everything that we needed. Even though it was on a busy road, we didnt hear much traffic noise which was lovely. The staff were really friendly.

The curtains were extremely stained and not pleasant to look at. There was dust everywhere, I had to wipe everything down as I am asthmatic and it was affecting my asthma. All the lights outside our room in the walkways flickered all night which we could see under the door.

The location was very ideal, being close to food/dining options whilst also being walking distance to the CS Square shopping mall. The room was very spacious, comfy and modern. Staff were exceptional too, especially the receptionist that checked us in; very friendly and did her best to accommodate to all our needs. Overall, I'm happy with everything, and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location great, staff excellent

With a kitchenette I would assume there would be a small table and chairs to have a meal, be it breakfast or dinner. Don't understand where you are to have a meal prepared in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchenette does not have a dining area to sit and have a sit down meal, poor design layout

Loved the room it was a great size very central and close to restaurants and shops also the customer service from the ladies at reception was absolutely excellent 👌

I must say it was a bit noisy from the other guests as they were a little to loud and also been on a main road didn't help but the road noise is to be expected.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The entry corridors are open to the climate (not rain), but cold during winter. And as the small access rooms have their doors constantly left open it is not easy to find your room as the signage is concealed from view. Parking is an extra charge. Level of cleanliness not 100%. Side table to the bed had sticky mess left all over it.

They accommodated our pets onsite which was fantastic. The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly

We had the fire alarm go off two nights which was strange and it was not communicated to us if it was real or not. It went on and then off to gp back on again.

We stayed here while attending an event at Calder Park raceway. Perfect location for our purpose; close to the track, food strip, 7/11 and supermarket. Also included a free car spot in an unground secure Carpark.

Everything was fine, however, if I had to really nitpick a negative; more milk and coffee could be included for longer stays and perhaps additional towels (considering we stayed 4 days and there was no housekeeping).

Superb location and perfect for holidays, shops, restaurants in door step and can’t ask more for anything comfortable to spend time with family and also an elderly mother. It was very convenient for us and city is just 1/2 drive, better stay than cbd.
