We stayed here while attending an event at Calder Park raceway. Perfect location for our purpose; close to the track, food strip, 7/11 and supermarket. Also included a free car spot in an unground secure Carpark.

Everything was fine, however, if I had to really nitpick a negative; more milk and coffee could be included for longer stays and perhaps additional towels (considering we stayed 4 days and there was no housekeeping).

Location was excellent we attended a wedding in close proximity so were able to walk there. CS shopping centre was very handy, good food facilities and nice and clean. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Carparking and washing facilities were great.

Door to the bedroom had been kicked in at some stage and wasn't repaired properly. The curtains were grubby as was the carpet, overall needed a spruce up. The housekeeping was not available in the weekend although they did a good job when they were there. For the price we paid we thought it was overpriced given the room conditions.

It's a complicated process to checkout outside of office hours. You have to leave the keycard in a box in the basement carpark. The metal box is located on the ramp(!), on the right hand side(!) It seems someone has tried to force the box open, the lid is all bent. So i called the hotel later to make sure they got the keycard.

loved the location. Close to 4 large shopping centres and easy walk to numerous food outlets. Shower was instantly hot and apart from a couple of spots on a plate, everything was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable.. I have a permanent back injury so I need a good bed. The kitchenette was a good size and it was nice to have cutlery to be able to make my own breakfast and dinner.

I assumed the overhead fan for the hotplate was broken as I couldn't get it to work.. I didn't need it so I didn't worry about it. I informed the front desk and they told me it was a slide out one.. never seen one before so of course I wouldn't slide it out :: shrugs ::

The price was over rated for what it was and how long it was but over all it was it wasn't great but enjoyable.

Service was great besides the pricing. The pricing was over rated and non negotiable on top of that was a bond that I couldn't get refunded back as soon as I left and waited for another 24hr to get refunded

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful . We had some problem connecting to WIFI which they resolved for us .

Only problem was after heavy rain on Saturday evening we could hear water constantly dripping , carpet in left corner adjacent to bed was very wet . No window open , appeared to come from in wall !! Skirting board also showing signs of rot . Did report to reception .

The room was a little bit squishy and had no couch to sit on. The bed moved constantly, whenever you leant against it, it rolled away. There was no restaurant on site - no room service / hot breakfast options

Going through a very stressful time in life and even though i was extremely impolite to staff on arrival (i am learning emotional management at 21..) which is no excuse , i was still treated with nothing but respect and hospitality. I needed to book another night but online didnt have my room currently in available again, my partner had health issues night before and woke up late but still 10/10 customer service

Absolutely nothing. I can not fault the staff or hotel in any way shape or form, you truly get your moneys worth here and are truly given the customer is always right vibe even if untrue! 😍🤩😍

Spacious unit with basic amenities and kitchen appliances. Literally walking distance to Supermarket, cafes, restaurants and Caroline Spring lake. Comfortable bed and hot Shower pressure is good. Few of the staff were friendly too.

we had a 2bedroom room and it was very big. Loved the size of the room and also the washing and dryer provided in the room. The staff were amazing with their quick responses and answers. Housekeeping were very clean and prompt with taking out rubbish and make sure everything was clean and neat

the furniture was very scruffed up. The dinning table was completly scratched up and holes. The bed was way too soft and springy like the mattress needs to be changed.
