The resort is located a short distance from Cowes, the Penguin Parade, and the Koala Sanctuary on Philip Island, making it really convenient to get around. The villa style accommodation was well equipped and in nice surroundings. The onsite facilities including health club, swimming pools, bar and restaurant meant everything you would want was close by.

The villa we stayed in was looking a bit tired and could do with some tlc, however, the accommodation was really clean, well equipped and convenient for our four adult party. The bar and restaurant closed at 830pm which might not both some people but was a little bit on the early side for us given there is not much else food/drink wise in the area. However, you do have a full kitchen etc in the villa to cook and relax at so not a deal breaker.

The overall atmosphere was lovely. The grounds are very well maintained. The unit was faultlessly clean. We appreciated the amenities which were generously provided.

Not a criticism but a suggestion. As we were a group of over 70s, we would have appreciated a fixture to hold when having a shower over the bathtub. Getting in and out was a little precarious. Also the sliding doors to the deck were so clean that my sister almost walked into it. We suggest either not cleaning them so well (😁) or some kind of marking on the door to show that it is there. While we are certainly not infirm, balance and sight are not as sharp as they once were.

As we had stayed at your facility in June, we thought it would be a great place for a family holiday hence the return with all our family members using multiple villas. The location is perfect - Close enough to Cowes yet far enough to be out of the hussle and bussle. Our Villas were like mini houses and spotlessly clean - I've seen apartments and flats smaller than what we had. The pool my grandsons loved - plus we were situated virtually across the road from the pool which made it even better. I would highly recommend this amazing facility to everyone of all ages.

There was nothing we didn't like but if you need a negative well this is all we can come up with - the potholes in the road!! Though there aren't many, I think we must have found them all. When navigating around the site, you are watching out for kids - your villa - not necessarily the road - until you hit a pothole!!!! If this is the only criticism - then you've done extremely well. This did not put us off returning at all.

This resort was MASSIVE!!! the villas were a great size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Soap, shampoo conditioner on wall in shower was a really nice touch. There was a restaurant and bar in the resort which we dined at for dinner, lovely food and atmosphere. The staff were amazing! Extremely nice and catered to our needs. Late check in was a great bonus for us too as we work Kids games room was one of the best I’ve seen and was more like a time zone! Our 10 year old son loved it! Location was great too! 2x pools, great size and very clean

Not a lot really, we had no water when we arrived but staff fixed it straight away, if I had to say anything, the Lounge was slightly cramped, wasn’t too bad as there was only 3 of us, but the villa does sleep 6 so may have been more cramped if more people were there. But honestly not that big a deal

This place is its own village! It’s a huge property with all villas and so many amenities. Staying only one night, we didn’t get to use most of the things like the pools and gyms but everything looked nice. Having our own laundry was key and we made good use of that. It’s so close to the penguin parade and we appreciated being able to drive right back and pull into our driveway and go to sleep after that event.

The room was a bit dusty and felt like it hadn’t been used in a while and wasn’t cleaner before our arrival.

I liked that the place was very peaceful and serene. It was also close to the natural parks and reserves in Phillip Island, and is a short drive to the area with lots of great restaurants and stores. Place has a big balcony you and your friends can dine and hang out with, living room and the 2 bedrooms are spacious enough for 4 people. Enough amenities also for a short stay. I believe they can also help you book lots of local tours, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do most of them. The restaurant looks nice too, but again didn't get to try. Lots of wildlife in the area too (don't worry I believe they're not belligerent at all).

Not much to dislike. Only minor thing I guess I was surprised with is the reception closes around 9 PM (I think) and when I headed there around 9:30 PM to ask for slippers, there was no one to accommodate me. The phone in our room was broken too so I couldn't call anybody.

The wildlife. The facilities - we had quite a few children with us and there was plenty of entertainment for them. The restaurant was great. We attended the trivia night, our hostess was absolutely fantastic. We felt that the staff were not only knowledgeable, but enjoyed being there (as we did) but also engaged with us wonderfully.

We booked 4 villas. Some had internet that worked, some didn't. Some had spa baths, others didn't. One of our bedroom doors jammed whenever closed and another of us outside the bedroom had to force the door open! Some villas seemed to have been updated - TVs etc, and others weren't.

Decent location being 5 minutes drive from Town Centre. Good amenities and great for families and friends travelling together. Our 1 bedroom Villa was spacious enough and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay with access to stream your own devices to the TV. (eg Disney Plus, Netflix etc. ) Philip Island Nature Park just across the road so super close with easy access and staff were friendly. Indian takeaway was delicious from the on-site Restaurant.

2 of the nights the restaurant was closed due to private function. This was listed on the Home Screen of the TV but your not likely to notice it so would of been nice to have had a heads up when we checked in. Other than that very easy to go and get Takeaway from Town, just a bit of a pain if you have just gotten home after being out all day and then have to go back out again. The entrance to the property at nighttime needs to be lit up a little better as the Street lights were out and unless you know what to look for you drive straight past it.

Started with great assistance with check in. Jack was most helpful and friendly, making sure that I would be happy with his service.

Possums on the roof were a problem both nights. First night at 4.00am the house shook with the weight a probably 2 possums fighting or otherwise engaged, landing on the roof above the main bedroom. The same thing at 2.30am the next night but with running up and down the roof. We were told that the plastic around the tree trunks were supposed to prevent possums climbing up the trees near houses, however around Unit 116 , this needed to be reviewed. Staff were informed on Tuesday and said that it would be passed on.

The spacious cabin, the washer/dryer right in the unit, the restaurant (the food was great), the staff was wonderful. We were happy to be so close to the koala preserve, the Penguin Parade, and the Churchill Farm.

As there was no air conditioning we really needed the fans to work and unfortunately neither the ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms nor the floor fan were working. The first night was pretty hot at bedtime. We made sure to close all the curtains when we left the next day so the sun could be blocked, got one of the fans in the unit working and the next night was more comfortable. We knew better than to leave any outside doors open to air out the place very long....those adorable raccoons are way too clever for that! We left notes for housekeeping so hopefully maintenance can address these problems. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at the resort.
