Room was lovely and big, bed was comfortable, bathroom exceptional great location

On arrival we where told that they where full booked out for our second night and that there was only 1 carpark space for us for one night of our stay, we where very disappointed but they put us on a cancellation list and luckily there was one available for the second night it would of been very inconvenient if we couldnt have a park for our whole stay. The bedroom did not have a fan or a aircon it was only located in the lounge area in our room i think that the lounge area should be the bedroom as we had no ventilation in the bedroom it was quite stuffy and could hear people in the hallway very clearly as the door was at the goot of our bed

After waiting in a short queue, I was greeted by Dana (hope I got the name right!) who was so welcoming and friendly. She completed her checkin tasks efficiently and told me we had a lovely room. She was right! Our room was spacious, had a variety of comfy lounge furniture, a dining table and everything we needed in the kitchenette for our stay. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the beautiful bathroom had a huge shower. The highlight…relaxing on the balcony watching the spectacular sunset.

The weird power/light system! My husband wanted to go to bed while I was still reading in the living area, but the bedroom lights couldn’t be isolated. Parking- $30 is a bit rich so far from the city, but with no parking anywhere nearby, I guess it’s a smart business plan.

I stay in many Quest apartments and they always are of a good standard. They are clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Beds are always very comfortable and I will continue to stay in Quest apartments. I am a member of Quest but it was cheaper for me to book on Booking.com as I'm a Genius classification.

There was a lot of rain one day/night and the window in the bedroom leaked and they offered me a different room of a lesser value and position. The microwave oven needed replacing. A little more TLC needed.

The person on reception was only to happy to help..

I’d booked accessible car parking only to find that they had already allocated the car park. This was frustrating as I’d booked over a month in advance requesting this particular park. I’d confirmed this several times and received a confirmation email. We were still able to use the car park just not the accessible one and given the tight parking this was an extra challenge

Very spacious studio/apartment. Well equipped, comfortable bed and a good shower. A good bar and excellent coffee shop downstairs and a short walk to a supermarket/shopping centre, which was very convenient as we didn't have a car. The staff were very obliging and building security was good.

Very high kitchen cupboards - hard to reach glasses etc. No coffee machine or plunger.

I actually didn’t realise it was an apartment style room so that was a pleasant surprise. It made it feel a lot like home.

I was not a fan of the bed being right next to the entrance as we could always hear when people were walking in the hall or opening/closing their door. Would have preferred the bed and the living area to be swapped

Comfy Bed, large room, solid kitchenette with everything you may need. The room heating worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were better than most. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Digital channels on TV didn't work (not sure if they were supposed to?). The door to the bathroom is frosted glass and does not seal like a normal door, so would be pretty awkward if you were not staying with a spouse as not sound proof. Parking on site costs an additional $30 per night which seemed to reduce value for money of the room. We were on level 1, not a great view but if that matters you could request a higher level (we didn't mind).

I absolutely LOVED staying here and was so impressed. The reception staff were super friendly and made us welcome from the minute we arrived. The entrance was elegant and inviting. When I opened the door to my room, I was so impressed. It was beautifully made up and really luxurious. The space was so well utilised and made everything look so spacious. From fridge elegantly built into cupboard to dishwasher to finishing touches like toiletries and even the table and chairs on the roomy balcony, everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel, The room was clean and comfortable. We had single beds due to 3 of us staying and a sofa bed. There was a restaurant down stairs where we had breakfast as we only had a one night stay. Would be great for a longer stay They gave us the wrong room at the checkin, but quickly fixed it for us, no hassle

We couldn’t access the balcony area, although it was cold it would have been nice to see if we could see the bay properly from the balcony.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted.

We would have preferred to have been able to watch the television whilst sitting on the chairs instead of lying on the bed. Perhaps it would be an idea to be able to turn the television so it could be viewed from more than one spot.
