We really enjoyed staying at the Cheeky Squire's accomodation. We were attending a gig just across the road so it was amazing literally just walking across the road and hopping straight into bed rather than stressing about an Uber or Taxi. The bed was very comfy, room was clean, and it had everything that we needed for a quick one night stay. The free Timtam each was a cute little bonus! We also appreciated the complementary drink each to enjoy with our dinner upstairs in the pub. The food was very tasty too!

There was a slightly unpleasant smell from the bathroom at times, but it wasn't enough to be off putting- we were fine dealing with it.

The Cheeky Squire had everything I needed for a one night business stay in Frankston. It is walking distance to the centre of Frankston which is always good for me as I can walk to the cinema and watch a movie. The room had a nice touch in a partially stocked mini bar (water, Tim tams etc) which was free. Few cold bottles of water in the room is always appreciated. The wifi was good, quick enough to watch a show on Netflix, the bed was comfortable, good shower - everything you could need for a one night stay. I didn't get a chance to walk down to the beach but it looks like it is just over the river on which the hotel sits.

Nothing - had everything I needed for the stay.

Could walk to anywhere we wanted to. Beds were super comfy and the room was more spacious that was anticipated. Had everything we could have wanted and great facilities such as a nice little fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses etc.

The lighting was a bit haphazard (different toned globes within the same track of lights) and we were woken up at 6am by someone raiding the pubs bins, what sounded like, right above our heads.

Comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. Clean linen and facilities. Decore of room was pleasant.. Housekeeping staff staff friendly and courteous. Located close to esplanade and activity areas

Access to book in was complicated. Access from car park to room via steps was difficult for elderly people. Access to accommodation via steps needs handrail. Wait staff were doing their job.

The staff were amazing in particular the housekeeping staff. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and up to date. Room service meals were enjoyable and delivery within 10 minutes of ordering. The complimentary Tim Tams and bottled water were a pleasant surprise.

The parking was very difficult. The patrons of the hotel and restaurant did not respect the signs for accommodation patrons parking spots. The only recommendation I could suggest is either a microwave in each of the rooms or a communal kitchenette that for a microwave for meals when the hotel restaurant is not open.

Room was super comfy, bed and pillows were excellent. Shower was great. Loved the complimentary mini bar items and they were restocked which was even better !! Quite spacious rooms with lots of room to put luggage etc. Location of the hotel was really good, easy to get to and from and had the free parking. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Also got 2 free drink vouchers to use at the Squire as well. We didnt do any breakfast options but we did dine at the venue above the hotel part and it was excellent. Good prices and super delicious.

Little bit noisy in the evenings from the Squire venue, but it didnt prevent us from falling asleep or waking us up.

Clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. Beds were clean with plenty of pillows. Surprisingly little noise from the busy pub above. Drinks vouchers for the pub above Restocked fridge treats every day

Parking often taken by pub guests No block out blinds, but im a terrible sleeper so poor sleep whilst travelling isn't unusual for me

Clean and quiet a great spot and lovely staff.

I would have liked a breakfast menu for those lazy mornings, but no big deal, had a couple of shirts and boxer shorts and socks taken but I guess I was partly to blame I had them in a bin bag but on saying that it was on-top of my suitcase.

We were there for a wedding at Olivers Corner, where it was a very short walk to the event. The Frankston Festival was also on during our stay which a bonus, but were lucky that we had parking at the complex. The 1-Bedroom we booked was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for the one night.

Dining staff went out of their way to ensure our meals were delivered promptly to ensure my client and I could get to his dream social event with plenty of time to spare. Location was amazing and I wish we had more time because I think we could have stayed at least 3 nights enjoying the fresh air, social vibe and the community spirit.

We were down the very end of the hall. When travelling with a client it's a lot of managing luggage and organisation and I can say I slept very well that night.
