It was booked at the last minute due to a family crisis. The staff were friendly and understanding. It was handy having the Hotel nearby for dining.

Well, the metal knob on the hot tap in the shower kept coming off when trying to adjust the temperature. Also, the tv came on in the middle of the night, of its own accord! We had to switch it off at the wall.

Convenient location., close to many cafes around.

Towels changed everyday which was appreciated, complimentary water and tea refills, unfortunately tea cups never cleaned or replaced and never offered cleaning supplies to wash ourselves. Rubbish never cleared out, obvious bins should be accessible for customers to take out their own trash if housekeeping will not clear them.

Room was fine. Especially liked the extra space, it was useful for working.

I didn't need new towels or supplies every day but when I did it would have been nice if they just read the sign on the door and didn't make me chase them down. also a few drawers would have been nice.

The lovely Lady at reception was warm & inviting making our check-in smooth & easy. We stayed 3 nights in a clean & comfortable Family room & were given 2 room keycards without leaving a deposit. The bathroom was massive with a cosy rain shower, a toilet with it's own door but it's still in the bathroom. Pic's on web make it look bigger than it is, it's a small hotel room with a small hallway to a small room with 2 single beds leaving the main bed in main lounge/kitchen area. Being able to order & have delivered, tasty restaurant meals, straight from the comfort of your room is awesome & the prices aren't to bad. No bond was very helpful & they'll only take reimbursement if damage is done after a checkout room checks done. Room service guys were nice & polite & very willing to help with anything.

I didn't like the main bed as it's too soft for me with my bad back but the kids thought they were amazing. Having the windows up so high & clouded & the rest closed in, made me feel a little claustrophobic. Nice big fridge but not much bench space, no cupboards, small hanging space & I think 4ppl is a bit crowded, 3 perfect. It's great that you can order from your room but this also has its faults like there's no toaster in the room as they expect you to order from the bistro. They supply everything else in the room though like plates, bowels, utensils & a microwave.

I loved the location. shops nearby. the hotel had a bistro children’s playground and there was an alcohol outlet there too if you needed something. the laundromat was within 5 minutes walk the rooms were a great size. free wifi and ability to order food and have delivered was very helpful.

an issue with the cleaners not servicing room as regularly as I would have liked however when they did clean the room they were very good and very nice people.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The facilities were modern and considering it is on a main hwy it was extremely quiet. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that it had a gym to access.

It would have been great to have a toaster in the room.

The staff at this pace were nothing other than great people very friendly and help out where ever they could great work keep up the good work

I think a couple of bowls plates and knife and forks would go a long way in making things a little easier if wanting to eat before going to work of a morning

Overall good value for money, rooms were okay, location was decent, close to what you need, venue had plenty to offer, beds super comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, price was fair

Shower was hot and cold was difficult to control

The location is perfect for our visit. Having the Tavern near by for meals is great.

The people in the unit next door had a terrible row til early morning and we could hear every word. The Tavern stays open til late and you get cars doing doughnuts in the car park in the early morning.

My sincere thanks to your exceptional staff team, please share with your gaming room staff as per my discussion with the Manager, truly wonderful, thoughtful, genuine & considerate people. Thorough, highly skilled professionals. The team warrant so many accolades 10/10.
