Suited our needs for the reason we visited Hamilton. Close enough to city centre and even closer to a Hotel and the Sports Leisure Centre. Host Andrew very friendly and helpful. I used to stay at this place back in the mid seventies and was amazed at the modern transformation reno's. Next time in Hamilton I'll be booking there again. Showers, fantastic pressure and no cold water dramas.

TV remote was cracked but worked. Maybe a list of the station numbers could be typed up. Fridge slightly noisy a times when compressor kicked in but not that annoying. Lights over vanity in bathroom needed a good dust.

Location is great with just a small walk to town if you like walking or 2min car drive. Every item needed in your room which I loved so you could heat up your own food or makes toast and having a sink was so handy too. Bathrooms were a great size. Will stay again for sure

Maybe signs on doors to advise visitors that having a LOUD CONVERSATION at 7am isn't the kind thing to do. Mayb they need to be told to close their windows. You would think visitors on a Sunday would know better. Selfish visitors can't be helped otherwise the stay was lovely.

A very comfortable and well equipped unit. The bathroom was spacious and had the best lighting we have seen in any motel or hotel. The toilet was completely separate. An added bonus were the two comfortable armchairs. Don't judge a book by its cover: the room is much better than the external appearance of the motel would suggest.

So tidy and comfortable. Obviously a very well kept motel. I chose 'not romantic' but only that it's a just a very nice tidy place, not a super special place. No log fire and no free champagne but that doesn't mean it's not a perfectly lovely place to stay with a loved one.

Nothing really. Spot on for the price point and location for a getaway. Just great. Will stay again.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well appointed with a kettle, Nespresso, microwave, fridge and lots of useful things in the fridge, instead of so many hotels which just have alcohol.

The bathroom floor was really cold with just one bathmat. It might have been good to have a floormat in the toilet. The exhaust fan didn't seem to do a lot and certainly didn't stop the mirror fogging up during a shower. Otherwise, it was good.

The location was very convenient. Close to cafes and shops and also to showgrounds as we were volunteering at the Murray to Moyne Cycling event. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean.

Unfortunately the car spaces are quite tight. We understand that this is something that is difficult to remedy.

Ease of booking, room warm on late arrival and lights on, very clean, everything works. Literally 2 minutes from town centre and quiet neighbourhood.

Nothing really - parking can be a squeeze & the rooms aren't gigantic but more than satisfactory for my purposes.

The room was quite spacious, clean, had been renovated and the facilities provided were more than we had expected. The host was also very helpful in providing us with a number of good options for dinner and some suggestions on where to go and visit within the greater Hamilton area.

It was really cold and the heat lamps in the bathroom weren’t working otherwise everything was good.

it was big enough to enjoy the space with friends but also have privacy. the balcony area was wonderful to sit and relax and the staff even opened up a locked room within the apartment for a seperate bed and bathroom - wonderful when staying with someone who snores loudly!
