Our room was recently refurbished so was clean and the furniture smart. The motel is on a large site so felt open and spacious and the rooms set back from the road. It's is handy to have restaurant facilities on site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The description said our room had a sea view which was true if you stood up on the balcony but not if sitting down, which was disappointing The sofa is a Chesterfield type so not a full back which could be more comfortable for two people but we stacked up cushions for the person leaning against the wall.

The rooms have recently been renovated and are amazing. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable. I loved the Hampton style decor. In the room they supplied you with a kettle, toaster, plates and crockery. There is an Italian restaurant 2 mins walk from you room. The staff where so lovely & welcoming. We are going back at the beginning of June for our daughter's Navy graduation. Looking forward to staying with you again.

Only minor downside was the floor in the bathroom got quite wet after a shower but we overcame that.

Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy with everything we needed. The restaurant onsite was convenient for the first nights dinner and the pool area looked very inviting when we arrived on a hot afternoon. The location was great, close to HMAS Cerberus which we needed and quiet enough to enjoy being in your room after a busy day in Melbourne.

If I was being really picky, maybe a separate sink to wash my dishes.

Fantastic area, amazing owner and friendly atmosphere. positive staff and an overall good way to run a business. Facility is well maintained, clean and renovated. Comfortable rooms! The baby loved the bed and slept as she would at home Will come back if in the general area, that's how good it is. This is a fine example of how businesses should be run. Well done to Phil and the team.

Even though the hotel was really nice, particularly the room we stayed in, I still felt it was a little overpriced considering the location. The pool looked inviting although it was too late in the year to swim - I imagine in summer it would be great. The restaurant food was very good, a little pricey.

People walking past our room to get to theirs were a bit noisy ie you could hear their footsteps and conversation. Walls a bit thin.

Shower went cold half way through my shower, the soap holder was broken and would not hold my body wash, no lines for parking outside your room so people park extremely close to you. Was woken up at a ridiculous time by a bunch of people outside my room making excessive noise.

What a hidden diamond, a stunning place to stay at, with exceptional service provided from the moment we stepped into the reception to the moment we left. The restaurant is a must! The food was divine, and staff were eager to please. Thank you for the most incredible stay. We will be back!

Unit close to road, traffic noise, not sure there is double glazing. Unit had no kitchen as such, hate washing dishes in bathroom sink. Unit slept 4 so a kitchen would be good Bit dusty behind furniture when looking for plugs! A little expensive for long stay

Spacious room with all facilities. Restaurant on premises. Attractive exterior, swimming pool. Manager onsite if needing anything. Meal at restaurant was enjoyable with friendly staff and a lovely wood fire going.

We were informed on check in there would be no housekeeping on Sunday which we didn’t mind. Unfortunately, on Saturday our room was not made up, just clean towels left on sofa. The bathroom floor needs a good scrub, especially the shower floor.

Great big bed , very comfortable, great large smart tv. Bar fridge, microwave and spacious room. Table and chair and lounge. The lamp blocked the TV so i had to remove it. There was good lighting in the room.

The blinds on the big windows were cheap and flimsy and did not properly cover the window so it was hard to black out the room to sleep. The air conditioner was a must as it was very cold but it blew directly in your face in bed so its location was not the best. The bathroom floor and bathroom itself was freezing cold and no bathroom heater and for this price I would have expected something.
