Was nice and close to the engagement event we were in Healesville for, the manager is an absolutely amazing, lovely guy that was super friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that it has a little playground on the grass, if we had our kids with us, they would’ve adored it :) would definitely stay again!

Great that you have a microwave in the rooms, but you have to contact reception for cutlery. Plenty of coffee, tea, and sugar for the morning hot drinks, but you’re not provided with any milk at all, every single motor inn, motel and hotel have milk in the fridge & cutlery for at least making coffee & to go with the microwave in the room, was a little confusing to why that’s not provided in the rooms & a little inconvenient at dinner time, and for beverages when you want a hot drink at night but reception is closed, and only as requested from reception. As great as it was to stay in a very last minute booking, I think it was a little overpriced for a single night stay at a 3 star hotel.

Great for what was needed for the couple of days of my stay. Simple but lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Short 15minutes (max, more like 10) walk and you're in the township able to grab some food or supplies from coles. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful when accommodation for a friend fell through somewhere else and she did everything she could to free up and clean a room for us as soon as she could.

It would make getting around the town/out to function venues easier if you had a car, though this is not the fault of the hotel. There is plenty of information about taxi hire, though I did not use this option this time so cannot comment on reliability.

Very clean, plenty of soap, coffee, tea, tissues , shower worked well, there was a microwave , toaster and kettle , mini bar well stocked , nice touches included a little table and chair outside the door in the sun, nice lawns and garden setting . The owners were friendly and helpful .

Wifi didn’t work for me , but there seems to be an issue with Mac computers . It wasn’t really a problem because my hotspot from my phone worked well.

The Gardens were well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and new

Communication between owner/receptionist. Online it showed we could pick our keys up before 9pm. The night we checked in the reception was closing at 7pm. Thankfully, another family member was there (booked into another room) and they collected our keys on our behalf. The receptionist could have called us to confirm an ETA.

Friendly and welcoming reception management. Standard mini bar and local wine in the room and offerings available, at an extra price prior to departure which I did not require.

Nothing particularly negative. It is on a main road but relatively quiet anyway and accommodation is nestled further away.

Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome - including moving us to a larger room, due to a reschedule. We were confused about the TV but they came to our room and supported us and my partner and I both got to watch our AFL teams! It is a quiet and unassuming place, however clean and all we needed for the night after a winery visit. We heard the rain on the roof which was an added bonus!!

Great hosts, excellent communication from Glenda, good value for money and very clean and well appointed motel on the entry to Healesville. Would stay here again.

It’s a bit of a hike from the town centre but that’s because Healesville is spread out. Air conditioner and fridge a bit old and noisy. Minor issues, value for money overall in this area.

Good location not far from the centre of town with a short drive or a comfortable walk getting you there. Classic motor inn style with nice grounds. Our room was fresh, clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities.

Nothing out of order, it lived up to expectations.

I liked how bright it was and the outside was beautifully kept and green which was so nice to wake up to and see. I also loved how friendly the receptionist was and that she was always willing to help with anything i required.

There wasn’t really anything about the property that I didn’t like.

Excellent location and very good information provided by the proprietor about dining in Healesville. They also provided the crockery that we needed to make our own continental breakfast.

Some noisy very late night patrons returning to their room next door, which were disturbing.
