Easy check-in process and beautifully presented cottage. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace, spa, and jacuzzi were nice options that we used. The location was in a quiet setting in a beautiful part of lakes entrance. The road off can easily get you into town or if you were like us, going the other way short cuts you back in the direction of metung hot springs. I'm very glad we chose Waverly Gardens Cottages, we needed a relaxing escape and got everything we wished for and more. Highly recommend!! We will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful little home from home. Very comfortable and just 4 mins out of town by car, so excellent location. Has everything you need in the kitchen, etc..including a dishwasher. Quiet and it feels you are in the depths of the countryside with bird life all around. We loved it and would recommend.

Nothing really to dislike. Had a problem finding the plug for the spa bath, but we did find it!

Very nice cottage. Well appointed, roomy and clean. The cottages are beautifully situated amongst native gardens and are very private. They are located just a short drive from Lakes Entrance so very convenient but nicely detached from the busyness of the township.

It was all very nice. We just thought it a little odd we never had any contact from the owners . Not at check in or at any time before we left. It didn't feel particularly welcoming for the type of property it was.

We had a wonderful stay at Waverley Cottages. The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for very comfortable, clean and the log fire topped off our stay. The Cottages are located a short distance from the town centre, a short 6 mins drive but the quiet/ scenic surroundings make this short drive worth it. We'll definitely visit again.

The property was stunning, lovely location and more than we expected upon entry. Cottages relatively close together but still felt like we had privacy.

Could have benefited from better frying pans. A very annoying cow woke us early with constant mooing 😂😂 though no fault of the accommodation obviously.

This was our fourth visit to Waverley House Cottages and we always enjoy the bush setting and relaxing time we have here. The cottages are very comfortable and have everything you need for an enjoyable time away from home. We love being waken up by the Kookaburras and our yearly visit from Barney. Thank you for another lovely 4 night get away.

Location, pool, self-sufficient/full kitchen, separate bedroom for child, laundry facilities in room, spa in room and focus on sustainable living. Their dog was a hit with the entire family.

The master bed was a bit uncomfortable, so we ended up rotating it.

Quite location, large lounge room with fireplace and air conditioning, undercover parking right beside the apartment and the biggest bed i have slept in, good kitchen facilities and dining table with washer and drier.

only got to stayed 3 nights before we had to leave will be back to stay in the future.

Fantastic location.Very peaceful and in the middle of woods while only a 5 mins drive from the City centre. The cottage was very well equipped with laundry and dishwasher inside the cottage. We all loved our stay.

Only one fan provided for a 2 rooms cottage.There never was anyone at the Reception. You gotta make a call to discuss anything.

The place was very relaxing and quiet in lovely surroundings. The cottage, no 5 was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there, and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful place to stay.

Nothing really, but perhaps hand wash and towel in the kitchen. Other than that it was perfect.
