view over the back/side of the property, car park and bins, could just see the lake from our room, but other wise room very comfortable. Pool looked good, too cold for outdoor pool, and inside one looked good, but full of kids, I didnt realise when booking it was still school holidays,. Loved the happy hour drinks, and we ate in the restaurant twice, and food was excellent.

TV in bedroom did not have a remote, when one was supplied only for netflix etc, but tv would not accept, so that was disappointing, and tv in lounge had text on it all the time, i would cut it out, but came up each time chanel was changed

It was so amazing to stay there very nice and clean property well maintained all equipment works properly all dishes very tidy and clean we had all facilities like dryer washer tv in all free wi fi all smart tv prefix with YouTube and Netflix kids love it very good spot close to all shops and restaurant got the own bar and pool spa very clean and well maintained really enjoyed to stay at this hotel hopefully we will stay there next time thanks to all team member amazing work

Very good

We stayed in the 2 besroom executive suite and was clean and spacious. Really lovely for 4 of us. Was very happy.

What we were not happy about was not being able to eat downstairs our whole trip. We were told every night over our 3 night stay that a bus was coming and we were not able to eat there. Was very unhappy about that part and thought we should of also been a priority to eat there seeing we stayed 3 nights.

The room was just right for two people. It was equipped very well. Loved the kitchen, perfect size with all the amenities required, including a dishwasher and washing machine, both of which we did not use. The shower was perfect. Bathroom also a nice size with a spa bath. The cost of the apartment for five nights was quite reasonable. Two decent size lounges and huge TV with all the apps one needs. The balcony was also appreciated where we sat out in the evenings. Liked the location next door to Aldi for any milk or food requirements.

Two things which we did put up with. The large window blinds had light coming in all round them and most annoying was the daily and nightly visits of the Cockatiels. Our apartment was situated at the front corner of the building (next door to Aldi) with a little park/gardens with a lot of trees in front of it. At least a hundred of them screeching for nearly two hours every night and about an hour in the morning.

Location was perfect, lake was on both sides only a 100m away, and a short stroll to the shops. Rooms were spacious as well as bathrooms and kitchen. Apartment was very modern and kitchen was well equipped, but lacked microwave dishes. Facilities included indoor and outdoor pools

The awning windows are terrible for any decent airflow, so in warm weather you would require the air conditioner for sure. There are no fly screens on the doors to the verandah which you need open for any breeze.

This is our favourite place to stay in Lakes Entrance. We like booking an apartment so you don't feel cramped. Stayed in quite a few motels/hotels/cottages in Lakes Entrance but as I said before, this one is our favourite. We have one more night for this booking. (We had an unexpected death in the family which resulted in us having to cancel our October holiday - which is why I haven't reviewed as we just came last Tuesday.

It is a bit of a hike to the shops if you have to walk!

Location was fine. A straight flat walk into town along the waterfront. Aldi one street behind the resort maybe 5 mins walk. Apartment was set out very well,great setup . Spotlessly clean. Armchairs plus sofa. Large dining area. Large tv in lounge and also bedroom. Table and chairs on veranda also. Had dinner one night and the barramundi was delicious. Reasonably priced also. Ample parking undercover. Staff very polite also.

I think this resort has everything covered. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The apartment was presented very well and the cleanliness was tops. All the appliances were well maintained and in working order. The leather 2 seaters were comfortable and the amount of furniture was just enough. The ensuite was in tip top condition.While we didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pools they were in regular use and the indoor pool also has a spa. The location was good and while we had a rear room we had great view of the lake on Marine Prade.

There was nothing that l didn’t like about this establishment.

Well furnished, homely, comfortable bed.

Property was fine but after contacting the hotel to say we would be arriving after check in time (9pm) we were advised that we would need to use a key safe. However after enquiring how to access the key safe, this information wasn’t communicated until the day we arrived and I had to make multiple phone calls to try and get hold of someone. This is quite stressful when it is after hours and you think you won’t be able to access the property.

Super clean, quiet and spacious. Tv in every room, a dishwasher was great addition. Loved the heated bathrooms. Great location with reasonable price.

Bed wasn’t so comfortable and the pillows were hard. Didn’t get much sleep during the stay. Also the mini fridge in one of the bedrooms was making loud noises during the night. The indoor pool was small and crowded.
