Great location, very friendly staff, 👌 rooms maybe a bit old, but clean. Had everything I needed & loved the grounds,plenty of room, pool,spa,comm.kitchen, laundry etc. coming back in warmer weather. Across the road....water,boats,board walk,just loved it. Great price, afterall,I don't intend paying big bucks just to have home base with bed & shower. I like to go out for the day,spend excess money on outings rather than not affording to do things because room too expensive. 🫠

Lovely unit away from road and very quiet. Great facilities in the unit …2 tub chairs, dining table n chairs, excellent inclusions …microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, fridge …even dishwashing liquid, sponge n tea towel. Very comfy bed and pillows, lovely linen, blankets n quilt. The unit was warm n cosy …didn’t even need the heater on. Extra blanket in wardrobe too. Luggage rack for the suitcase was appreciated. Great bathroom with walk-in shower, soft fluffy towels. There is a communal, kitchen, bbq area, n pool which would be wonderful in the good weather. We will definitely be back!

Motel was neatly presented and very well maintained yard and pathways, reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Affordable and surprisingly well worth booking for your next weekend stay. Great central location to the streets and quiet facilities. Rooms were neat and spacious and plenty of linen and extra bedding. Room was slightly cold with tiled flooring on arrival but heating soon made us comfortable. Showers were hot and great water pressure. Even had a bath which would be great for the kids. So family friendly facilities available with twin rooms. YAY!! Recommend to try local food venue and was definitely all great fresh quality and tasty. What a wonderful experience!!

Had a great stay, the rooms very comfortable and clean, shower was great, nice and big with good pressure. Comfortable clean bed, kitchen facilities great. All the crockery and cutlery was very clean. Big fridge. The staff were very warm and welcoming, the housekeeping staff were also very polite and did a great job.

The curtain in the kitchen was like two inches short from covering the window from the bottom, and in the morning u could still see the daylight streaming in from waking up in the bed. This is only a small thing but if the curtain was replaced it would make a huge difference.

It was a very nice location, the overall rooms was clean, bed very comfortable. The disability room was well set up. Large fridge, microwave filled with cutlery and dishes. 2 television to watch. Heating was good both heaters located in each bedroom.

The ceiling fans needed to be cleaned and little dusty in the bathroom shelving. Need some instructions how to turn on the heaters.

The location could not have been better for the price. It was very clean and fresh and had great facilities outdoors and outdoor kitchens and pool. Assortment of eating venues within 2 minutes walk. Good off street parking. Thoughtful facilities and good modernised bathroom.

Great room space, lighting and wide car parks, super comfy bed with electric blanket, great view of the television and simple use of remote control to it.

Room 8 from entrance into bathroom has a slight unleveling of the floors, which I did trip into the bathroom, but luckily didn’t fall. Internet wasn’t accessible for which I needed to hand in my thesis same day.

Location really good - right in the centre. The room was a lot bigger than we expected! My friend and I got a twin room thinking the beds would be in the same room (as per standard motels and hotels) but we had a double bed in one room and a single in another room with a lounge area. Separating the two rooms was the bathroom and kitchenette. No doors between the bedrooms but that was fine as we were only there for 2 nights. There were tv's in both rooms as well. Beds and pillows were pretty comfy.

It was a bit pricey, but we booked last minute in the height of summer and the location was excellent, so can't complain too much lol

Location, location location. Right in the heart of Lakes Entrance. The Esplanade Motel is a lovely place to stay. A nice clean room, comfy bed and the shower was amazing! Parking is right outside the room, which was great for our motorcycles. It's a short walk to all eateries and Woolworths supermarket. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little gem in Lakes Entrance. Will definitely stay again.

The location for us was excellent and close to the many of the cruises just across the road, Our room was very clean and perfect just for our one night stay. Both Peter and Margret were very friendly and very helpful. A huge thank you to Peter who went above and beyond to help us out.

Lakes Entrance was very quiet for a Saturday night with only a couple of limited options to go to for a meal.
