Hotel was good. I thought the contact with the hotel should have been done a few days before our arrival. They contacted us on the day of travel which most of the time in the air we had no Internet. They give us a dead line to pay a security deposit or they would cancel our booking. I made the payment late so had no idea if my booking was OK or not. They close at 9 we didn't arrive until after 10 we stood outside not knowing if we were going to get in or have to sleep outside. Eventually a girl came and checked us in. Contact could have been better and avoided this. Over all its in a perfect location.

Outstanding location, very short walk to the Palais Theatre and Luna park! Very clean throughout, beds were super comfy, split system in lounge area and main bedroom, secure parking, very quiet during the day and night despite its busy location, will definitely stay again!

Some food and drink options at the hotel lobby or room service would be a nice addition…. Even a few vending machines around would be nice but there is a 7/11 a stones throw away. The shower head was very low, but shower/bath combos are always a bit awkward. Parking seemed a bit steep $25 a day but I am from the country!

Perfect location, 5 min walk to beach, food venues, chemist and tram station ! Would definitely stay again. Be great if the rooms could include a microwave in them, although there is a communal room that is open from 10.30am - 5.30pm that has one for use.

The room didn’t have a microwave but there a communal room that had one for use. The communal room didn’t open until 10.30am so we were unable to really use it for breakfast

We stayed here for an event at the Palais and it was so easy to get to and from the venue with the hotel being only a block away. We loved being able to book our parking ahead and not have to worry about there being space when we arrive. Parking was also very secure behind a fenced and locked area. Rooms were clean and neat. The room we had looked like it had been renovated in the past couple of years and basically new carpet. Fantastic location at a great price. We would highly recommend to anyone attending events at the Palais or surrounding areas.

The room we had was street facing which did mean some road noise at night. Pillows were a little lacklustre which didn't bother us for a single night but if we were there for longer may have become an issue.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond for us. We flew in from interstate quite early and they stored our luggage for us so we could explore before check-in. They had our room prepared quickly and we were able to check-in 2.5hrs early to. Luna Park was only a couple minutes walk down the road and we just loved how everything was right there when we walked out of the hotel. We were going on a cruise and wanted to stay again after we disembarked so we cancelled other accommodation we had to come back to stay here. We got off our ship early and came straight to the hotel where we were able to wait in a comfortable shared lounge, or again leave our luggage safely and explore more of St Kilda until check-in. Again they amazingly had our room prepared well ahead of check-in so we could refresh. The beds were very comfortable and the room we stayed in was a good size. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in St Kilda

The staff were very friendly and helped with any questions, wants or needs we had! The location is great, very short work both into the little streets of st kilda with many cute shops and cafes! And also a very short walk to the beautiful beach.

Nothing stands out, we enjoyed our stay and didn’t find anything wrong. The room was small but it’s what we chose and paid for as young travellers with a budget!

Beds and pillows were amazing comfort! Location was perfect for us to get to The Palais Theatre. Comfortable room. The staff were so helpful, polite and respectful. We will definitely return if we need to travel to the area. Good value for the cost of the room.

Could not get Wi Fi after using the given code. Knives and forks would be good in the room for when we bring our own food in. And ice in the freezer would be useful. The cost of using the car park is a lot at $25 per night, but good to have a safe space for the car. There was a lot of noise from other guests arriving back about 2am on the first night which was disturbing.

On arrival to the room, we were impressed with the size, the plan and how clean the apartment seemed.

The cleaning was very surface. The couch pillows were extremely dirty and under the pillows on the couch it was disgusting as it was covered with food, dust and lots of other things. The shower screen was also very unclean. We were also surprised that you could open the window fully on a third floor with no safety screen. The breeze was fabulous but this could pose a very dangerous risk for children if they stayed there.

The location was excellent for getting to the Palais Theatre which was only 2-3 minutes walk away. It was also close to a number of dining places. My room was large, the bed was comfortable and facilities were clean. Bathroom was modern and toiletries were provided. Good air conditioning and window blinds. It was extremely good value for money. Nice reception area. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Location of this property is fantastic can walk to everything in St Kilda. Room was a little old and dated but had everything you needed. Room was comfortable and loved that the heating was on upon arrival. View from balcony was a big highlight Loona Park to the left and the city to the right. Watched hot air balloons in the morning.

Car parking was limited if required make sure you book in advance through the hotel. Cost I found a little expensive $25 for overnight parking.
